        Hiya every1. I have been depositor at mummys gold for more than a year now. I hav received promotion emails weekly, but now i made my first withdrawal (750$) on december. After that i havent received any promotions from them in 3months. Went to livechat asking whys this they just told me they dont know lol. I know its because i made the withdrawal but is this the right way to treat players? When u keep losing they give u promotions if u happen to win u wont get anything. Its BS if u ask me.. cheesy

        BTW Mummys Gold is still a good reputable casino. Got my withdrawal in no time and with no problems, Never had any problems before this.

        I would say it's pretty unusual for a Microgaming Casino to stop promotions just because you made a withdrawal.

        Are they doing anything about it i.e. looking into it for you?

        Well the chat manager told me he lookd into my acc but didnt know why i havent received any promos. Im gonna contact again later and meanwhile i still got cabaret club betway etc which is the same group.. smiley

        Things like not getting any promos if you reach certain withdrawal amount are more common thing on bingo sites, so i find this unusual too. I still believe its something that customer support can solve for you tehno7.

        MG casinos are not very giving in general compared to other casinos (at least the ones i play regularly), had several bigger withdrawals in each and they never stopped sending me promos when there are any of them.

        Sadly i dont have any experience with Mummys Gold.

        Got an answer that i have to make some deposits before i start receiving promos.. Thats' stupid my total deposits are 900+$ for the casino and only withdraw is the 750$ so im actually losing atm. Why the heck the excluded me  for promotions that just doesnt make sence. Maybe they saw that i can also cashout so now their afraid that they lose lol i dunno..

        Very odd and a strange thing to say that you have to deposit to get your promotions back.  This is very unusual for MG I have to say.
