        i've been made today a deposit into your casino of about 60 PLN.

        i didn't request a bonus as i was not familiar with your system.

        i thought that bonuses is instant.

        or after making a deposit will show the bonus too.

        ok, so i have played my money , lost it, then i went to livechat to request a bonus for my money

        i was told that it's impossible to give me a bonus

        i was not asking for a 100 % bonus , only a litlle complimentary bonus

        i was refused

        then i have written a complaint

        i have received a reply in which i was told that the manager reviewed my account and "nada" for me

        well in my opinion i was not treated fairly enough and i didn't get the support i needed from your staff.

          Hi nucleardre,

          Sounds like you've had a rough time of it.  I should say that most casinos will give you the bonus provided you haven't spent any of your deposit.

          I recommend going to live chat before you deposit to find out how their bonus works.  Once you are clear about what you need to do, you can make your deposit and claim it via chat or whatever route they have told you to get it.

          Sorry this info is coming  a little late for you, but it's definitely worth knowing for the future.

          Sorry to hear about this nucleardre, but don't let it get you down.  Try another casino.  I am sure you will eventually find a good one that wants your business enough to listen and has some good offers.  You can check out all the online casino bonuses using the tabs at the top of the page.

            As Chilly says - there are plenty of other casinos to choose from.  I hope you have a better experience with your next casino. 

            It might be an idea to post a new thread to ask the members what their experiences are of the casino before you make any deposits.
