        Signed up at the casino and played 1 hour for free, did win the max cashout which is $100, was told by Livechat that I needed to deposit atleast $20 in order to "cashout" the hundred, I did
        and then contacted LiveChat again, but was told that since I already have an account with another in that casino group, I was NOT able to use that offer......why not tell me BEFORE I made my deposit???....since they lied to me, tried to withdraw my $20 but minimum amount to withdraw was $ I made another deposit of $30 and then went ahead to withdraw all of my $50....which ofcourse I can´t since they refuse to send me the documentation forms that I need in order to make a withdraw!!!!....THAT IS SOOO BAD!!!!
        ....and they even think that I would EVER play at their casino again!  NO THANX!
        and why do they have to complicate things so???
        I will NOT go bankrupt if I don´t get my money BUT it´s a PRINCIPLE!!!

        or am I wrong?

        No I don't think you are wrong Micke7108, it is the principle of it.  Sounds like a right nightmare.  I don't get why they won't send you the documentation forms in order to withdraw your money.

        Heya, i play here with this group alot, if you deposited with a credit/debit card then usually theyre meant to send you an authorization form to declare that you have made these purchases with the card.

        With the freeplay yes i have done the same thing they say you can only use freeplay or take their match up bonuses once within their group of casinos, but you still can take their freespins at all their casinos when you deposit.

        The good thing about these guys though is that you can flush your withdrawal.

        In the past month i have withdrawn atleast 2500 from them with deposits adding up to 450.

        I am glad you have brought this to members attention so that they are aware of this rule. Did you use a different email/User name when you registered? This is usually where this type of thing is caught and you are told that email or user name already exists.

        I really find that rule about bonus completely stupid, sadly nothing to do about it.

        I say, why the hell would I need to know to which casino group belongs a casino Ive decided to play, as a player I want to simply read T&C and than start playing. But it is obvious we lately need to acquire more information than the logic tells us to so that we can avoid troubles such as this.

        On top of it, they are making intentional delay in sending you the forms to make you reverse your withdrawal.

        If they are to run an reputable buisiness they should make rules like this clearly visible and also list all casinos that belong to their group in the same place where such a rule is stated. And of course, live help should check you well and tell you everything, not only ask for a deposit.
