Long story short.....
Not sure if this is a one time thing or if they are changing but I have nothing but praise for the casino group. I know others may think otherwise but again, just my recent experience with them. I had some problems with my withdraw request so I got in touch with Clara and asked for help. It started a bit rough with some back and forth emails but once I got things straightened out, it was smooth sailing from there on. From what I can tell, they seem to be trying to turn things around in regards to their reputation and so far they have gone out of their way to make right. I really hope this is a change for the long haul. I'll update you all if and/or when I receive my withdraw.
