My time with "King of Swing."

Hi Gang:
    I've been playing the new RTG casino game "King of Swing."
If you even remotely like Baseball, this game will be fun for you. This game has alot going on, and a great bonus feature in my opinion. Playing it made me want to go to my hometown baseball diamond for the real thing. 

King of Swing is a baseball themed slot machine with images of flying (and screaming) baseballs,(scatters) hot dogs, bags of peanuts, baseball cards, baseball players, gloves, trophies, and more.
King of Swing has a Pitcher symbol that appears only on reels 1 through 4. He substitutes for all other symbols except the Batter symbol and the scattered balls. The Batter is another wild symbol. This one appears only on reel #5, and he substitutes for everything except the scattered balls. When the batter substitutes to create a winning combination, your winnings are tripled!
King of Swing has a free spins feature that is triggered when the pitcher appears anywhere on reel #1 while the batter appears anywhere on reel #5 at the same time. When this happens, a baseball diamond will appear on your screen. The pitcher will pitch, and you the batter will try to hit the balls thrown your way. For each base you get to, you win a free spin. If you reach 3rd base, you win 3 free spins. If you make a home run, you get 4 free spins. The home run is a little more special, though, because your multiplier is increased by 1 for each home run you get.( The initial free spin multiplier starts at 2X.)

      So, after l read up on the game and it's features I thought I would give it a whirl.
I deposited $20 and took no bonus. I started out a a small bet of .25.  Right away I was enjoying the screaming baseballs (scatters) several times in a row.  I found I recieved the Pitcher symbol in reel 1 quite often but just couldn't get the batter symbol to match up on reel 5. The Pitcher symbol, again is also wild, so even though I was not getting the bonus, the wild symbols did indeed bring me wins. 

Finally, here comes the bonus combination of Pitcher in reel one, and batter in reel 5. I was up to bat.  I hit the pitch button. Base hit, Triple base hit, home run..  I did pretty well. I was up to 12 free spins with a multiplier of three, and had no strikes. More hits and I was at an impressive 19 free spins with a multiplier of four.  The reels began to spin, and I ended up with a good bonus round of over $60 bucks. Not bad for a bet of only a quarter.  I pushed on, but once again I found the bonus symbols did not want to come together in reel one and five.  After I was down to $30 bucks, I decided to leave King of Swing.

This game is visually fun, as well as even sound effects being alot of fun to enhance the game.  I will most definitley be playing King of Swing again in the future.  I had a good time. If your looking for something new, I found it to be alot of fun.

Just another note here on King of Swing.
I was playing it again, and during the bonus I recieved a retrigger. It only gave me 5 extra free spins. No new batter screen or anything, so I was kinda bummed about that. The retrigger is not as good as I had hoped.  ::)
