  • Having met the playthrough requirements at a number of casinos where the playthrough balance was no longer listed, I'm informed that the bonus must be paid back out of my withdrawable amount before I can withdraw. Is this correct?

  • Gerald, in most cases the free bonus is what is known as a "Sticky Bonus" which means that yes, they will keep the amount of the no deposit bonus when you are done and you may withdraw the rest up to whatever is the Max Cashout on that bonus.

In a few cases, which are pretty rare, the bonus is not "sticky" and you are allowed to withdraw the bonus and the winnings earned with the bonus.

So, if you are playing with a "sticky" bonus, and say it is $50 and max cashout is $500, if you want to make a max withdrawal, try to get $550 or more in your account before you cashout. Then when they take that money back you still have the max cashout to withdraw.

It is not illegal for them to do this, and is actually common practice. One thing to remember is to always read the Terms & Conditions for each casino and bonus so you don't get nasty surprises.
