        I received a pop up message inside the casino from an account manager asking me to contact them, and here is what I got from support..

        What is up with this dude? I don't get it. Anybody understand why he wouldn't give me the email address? Anybody have any suggestions on how to contact one of these people? I did not think to look for an email address in the message, and it never did pop up again after I closed it.

        I logged in and caught a different person at live support.. Took me 2 seconds to get the email address. He was just being an as*.

        Perhaps that support rep was a new employee - still learning the ropes.  Either way, glad you got it in in the end.

        It takes the patience of a saint sometimes to get proper service with some of these reps, well MOST of the reps!

        What frustrates me is when i contact live chat and want to ask the most simplest question and i am asked a jillion questions first. Something that could of took 2.5 seconds ends up taking 15 minutes while i'm grilled and all i wanted to ask is what is their software.

        Sigh...............
