    Hey guys here are the steps i was given to get the new games at microgaming to download

    Violeta : 1.Uninstall the casino software.
    2.Delete all cookies and old Internet files.
    3.Close all programs.
    4.Disable firewall.
    5.Disable all spy-ware.
    6.Disable anti-virus.
    7.Disable popup blockers and anything else that would possibly hinder the connection.
    8.Re-download the software from the casino website and reinstall.
    9. Ensure that ports 1970 to 2002 are open.
    Violeta : In addition please verify that you have the latest version of Macromedia Flash and Direct X, as well as any operating system updates and patches. Also check that you have installed the latest drivers for your graphics card installed.

    for starters i did steps 1 to 8 but have no idea what ports theyre talking about
    im not a genius on the web so if anyone could help me out then that would be great...
