Need help with Vera & John Casino payout - Resolved

        In 05.04.2012 I made deposit in  Vera & John Casino it was accepted. Than I play and I win. Nothing big, just 70 euro and I want cash it out. I send my documents, casino respond me and told they cant see my address in my utility bill. Im from Latvia, maybe our utility bills are different and I  explained that my address is in a Payment details row. And now everytime i contact them they ignore me. I send docs three times, I send e-mails with question: what going on? They dont responding me. And no response when i go to live chat, no one not want to talk to me. And I cant to call them cos I study english by myself and Im afraid not understand something. Can you help me?

        hi, iespejams problema ir tiesi musu atrasanas vieta, jo rekinos viss ir skaidri un gaisi redzams, un tos pienem gan foto gan copy gan ieskenetus.. bet tiesi Latvia daudzviet ir diskrimnineta kaa illegal...ieteiktu tev spelet drizak besafe.com (tada pati programma) tas ir LV draudzigs ar LV supportu.. velu veiksmi tik gala
        p.s ja vini atsakas tev izmaksat laimestu, tas saki,lai atgriez tevis veikto depositu, tad vismaz nebusi minusos un drosi zvani, vini ir treneti saprast ne-angljus ar anglu val pamatzinashanam!
