        Hi everyone
as I 've been playing for a long time never had this doubt as shown also here
        http://www.latestcasinobonuses.com/playtech-jackpots/

So there's 2 kind of progressive
        progressive itselves (Diamond Valley)
slots that could be progr activating the DB (captain treasure and many others)
So if I play at those without activating, am I playing at a progressive ?

I think Playtech has a unique way to intend the meaning of "progressive", cause they have to pay the casino when someone hit the JP

        What about?

        Thanks

That is a great question because Progressive Jackpots vary so much and some are not activated for example unless the max bet is played. I would think that unless it is activated you would not be eligible for the Progressive Jackpot but i can't be certain.

Lets wait and see what some of our members that are more familiar with Playtech Progressives have to say and can shed some light on this question.

Several playtechs consider that if the extra bet isn't activated, for example, powerball, and therefore you can't win it, it isn't then a progressive..
the problem is, others do..for example: Club Gold..regardless of whether you activate the powerball or not, it is considered a progressive for the purpose of bonuses and is disallowed where progressives are not allowed as part of the bonus terms.
I know, not really helpful. Basically, you have to talk to staff whatever casino youre playing at, read the Ts and Cs, and save your chat. Really, though, if you're playing with a bonus, it's best not to even play it, expecially if there's caps on winnings.

Yeah you've got to activate the Dollar Ball in order to win the progressive otherwise you just win the standard payout for 5 symbols. Dionysus has a good point, it may still be considered a progressive in terms of playing off bonuses.

All other playtech consider them standars if you don't activate DB
I played at CG and nobody disallawed it.
I didn't find anything regarding this iussue on their site
I'm writing about this matter in other forums.Only in one I had an answer from the rep, but it was generic
I'd like to see other members experiences.

Thank you very much for your speedy and kind answers
