So on another thread someone gave Planet casino a really good review (BetonSoft games).  I tried it out with the free $10 and played for hours with that.  I then registered a credit card and as part of that process they ask for the last 4 digits of your SS#.  No casino has ever asked me for that before..and to be honest I think its a short skip and a jump from the last 4 digits to figuring out the whole thing ..Am I being parnoid?  Would you give it to them?

nobody here needs their head examined..no personal info was given out..was just a question asked..no need to give a response that would discourage others from asking their peers a question..

CW, InetBet and other reputable casinos ask for the last 4 digits of your SS during the deposit process. Not all the time, but depending on which processor your deposit is being sent through.

It is no big deal giving the last four digits. Anyone and I mean anyone can get your "full SS# if they know how". Especially hackers.

There isn't much the casino can do with the last four digits and besides when you cashout you give them much more information that they could use in a bad way if they wanted to.
Like the name of your bank and account number, your credit card number and so on.

If keep tabs on daily basis of your bank accounts and credit card transactions you will be able to see any "fraud" immediately. Also, check your credit report monthly.
