new changes to withdraws for BetPhoenix

So, while waiting for the rep asking about my withdraw, having been 5 business days, he informed of their new terms.
It's anytime AFTER 5 days; that's just the minimum now...meaning, I'm welcome to ask again next week.
Additionally, you can only withdraw once  a week. While it says maximum in a week is $4000, that's simply the maximum. If you withdraw say just $50, you still gotta wait a week to withdraw again....and that's from the point of processing, not requesting

yeah, I was told the same thing.  I've been broke, lol, and waiting for my withdrawal supposed to get paid today, but I have to wait till monday next week.  Guess I have to stay sober on gambling this weekend, lol.
while other casinos try to shorten the payout time, betphoenix extends the time.  This is not a good sign

I know this is supposed to be a good casino, but I have had zero luck with them.  And they call a lot too.  I think if Nick wasn't there, we wouldn't have jumped on it so quick.  The playthroughs are silly on most of the bonuses.  I'm not giving up yet, I have to deposit once more to get that $100 free chip lol.. then if it doesn't work out I'm done

I agree, Nic is a big part of why I like it so much. I know with him there, it is bound to be a good casino.
I know their bonuses are blah, but I don't play with them anyways. Like I said earlier I hope Nicolas can shed some light on these changes, and why are they neccessary?

I guess there's probably a good couple reasons...
now that there's more players, it takes longer to payout..there isnt that original initial attention, simply numbers
and of course, now that we're hooked, why pay fast?...lol, it was a good draw....mind you, a week -ish isnt terrible to some, but dammit, I'm spoiled..i want my instant gratification, and If I have to wait, I'm gonna dep elsewhere

I agree with you, I think alot of these casinos don't realize how many players the lose with slow payouts. If you ask a bunch of gamblers what they look for in a casino 99% of the time their answer will include fast payouts.

Not a good move for Bet Phoenix in my opinion.

When it goes into my moneybookers, most goes straight back to the casinos, often the original one...and...if it's sitting in processing, why dep more? I can't withdraw anything I win while one is pending, so while it's sitting there all my money is going to the competition

Thats very bad but can understand why ive been waiting 10days so far for my withdraw, and i uselly deposit $20-30 max and withdraw around $100, so im at $70 in winnings but no gotta another $20 free so im down to $50, hope they gonna change something else they gonna loose tons of players quickly.

Ok update after kicking and screaming at live support for another 15min and sending my saved sessions i got 10000% promise payout today.

I contacted livechat today and was told my withdrawal will be ready later on today, lets hope so.

I never won on a deposit or free chip, so Ive never dealt with withdrawals from them.  But I did play even with max cashout because the 700% bonus gave me a good amount of cash to play but it never lasted long.  Now with long payouts and max withdrawals and no comp points on anything played with a bonus I don't see much reason to deposit.  I mean yes it's nice to have fun but I do want to win or at least believe I have a chance to win/dream but I don't have that with this casino right now the way things are.

The worst thing about there comp points is $100 wagering = 1 comp point and 100 comp points is an amazing $1, so play for $10000 and get $1 for free now thats a huge bonus.

If you are a vip you get 1 comp point for every $10.

Every other RTG does that without having to be a VIP

Our payouts are now be back down to 3-5 business days. As Sam was kind to point out, we had a processor issue. There was an internal miss-understanding around this processor issue which resulted in an erroneous adjustment to the payout time frame stated on our site. CS picked it up and adopted it, although it shouldn't have gone live.

Sorry about this inconvenience. Additionally we will get payout time frames down further within the coming months.
