        Be very very careful with these Top Game casinos.  If they're anything like Romecasino, stay FAR AWAY.  If you win, they can refuse to pay you based on "anything they want" with no proof or evidence.

        Sounds like these top game casinos are very good when it comes to bonuses and free chips...the problems start when you try to cashout.

        also these casinos used to vegas tech and they weren't even paying their
        Affiliates.  I would'nt deposit real money in any of these casinos.  There has got to be better choices out there!

        I hope everyone has been doing their research and reading the posts on topgame casinos.  Most nobody will touch them now.  They were bad before but now with all their public postings, so much has been revealed to support just how rogue this group is.

        Find a reputable place to play if need be, but do yourself a favor and stay far away from topgame.

        dj_tonik, I don't know about a rep, but it sounds from their letter like you can just request your withdrawal again and since you have already had this audit they should have no problem paying you this time.

        I do however have a couple of problems with what they are telling you in the letter. First, why do they need to decline the wdl to do an audit that sounds pretty standard for all wdls?

        Then there is the fact they say it is a RANDOM procedure with NO pre-determined selection process, but in the next sentence they say it, "...depends significantly on the security level set by our Risk and Security Department, the type of game played and if any suspicious pattern of play is detected." How is that random? Sounds like something is pre-determined in the selection process.

        Finally, if it is random there is no way that they can say, "Therefore, EVERY customer who requests a payout will be subject to this process at some point or another..." If it is truly random there is no possible way to make sure everyone will go through this process.

        Well before I got this notice I had spoke to support every day since 11/28/2011 (which was the day I requested my withdraw the second time) Asking support if they had all of my documents on file and if there was anything more that they may need. The first time it was declined it was because of lack of documentation. Apparently with this casino you need the following: ACH form, Credit card scan (front and back), ID (front and back), a utility bill, and a land line bill. I don't own a land line so I sent them a cell phone bill. They replied 3 days later with a decline letter stating they have to have a land line bill or I need to tell them I dont have one and send in a copy of the cell phone bill. *scratches head* hmm ok I said. Resent the documents.
