NEW RTG – LVCasino.com

Ive been waiting on a refund for over a month from them, I opened an account, and deposited used the 300% promo...got locked out right after...they said its because i opened another account, but that never happened. why would i do that? anyways i wouldnt reccommend this casino if the refund is taking this long i could  just imagine how long it would take for withdrawals....and IF i did something wrong like they say i did why would they offer me a refund!!!!! >:( >:( >:( :'(

Ok after I found the link on my own by googling, I d'loaded the casino, asked if they offered free chips to try out their casino at all, and was told, "No, but you can play in free practice mode" LMAO very lame! Excuse me, I have to go and uninstall a casino now.

The fact that you completely ignore MommyMachines VERY serious complaint doesn't make you look very trustworthy.
I think I'll stay as far away as I can from your casino.
Duplicate accounts or not, locking people out right after a deposit is just very unethical, on the edge of roguish.

But maybe its all a misunderstanding?

How did you deal with me directly?? everytime i call i get the runaround, except from scott who helps me the best he can. I still have yet to recieve my refund over 1 1/2 months later...grrrr

I made my first deposit with LVcasino about a month ago.  I didnt win anything and when I was about to make a 2nd deposit and was told that I am welcome to play for fun, but not for real because I had accts closed at several other casinos (problly all the topgame casinos)  :o  
I have no problem with it, I can play with many other good RTG casinos, but I was pissed.  Why they didnt tell me that on my first deposit?

on this site it says that the bonuses of LVCasino are cashable ( they are non-redeemable. in their terms and conditions it says: https://lcb.org/casinos/lvbet-casino) but that's not true.  they are non-redeemable. in their terms and conditions it says:

"8.All LV Casino bonuses are play bonuses; they are only for wagering purposes. Only winnings from the bonus, not the bonus itself can be cashed out. At withdrawal the bonus amount will be deducted from the player’s balance."

I just asked their live support about it and a rep confirmed that their bonuses are non-redeemable. they said the bonuses were cashable but two days ago that was changed.  :'(

Thank you for letting me know -  it's a mistake.

All Bonuses on LVCasino are Nonredeemable Bonuses - I will ask LCB Admin to change that. It is incorrect.

I finally got my money back from that casino...it only took a month and a half

So they us RTG program,but then do not wont you to have a account and any other RTG . Then make your own program and to not open any more room for it. Look at all the pain this player are going through. There are really good casino out there that like to work with there player.

As usual, things are not as black and white as portrayed:

Due to breach in the site’s Terms & Conditions, the player was indeed automatically banned by the system.

However, LVCasino has taken procedures to refund the money and resolve the issue directly with the player.

This was not a simple task, as the funds were deposited using a gift card (which cannot be directly refunded),
and so another financial route had to be created, so we had the customer open up a UseMyWallet account and
promptly refunded the money.

Well..Well...Well Looks like LVCASINO has shut down, along with 50States... I could smell it from a mile away...but thats just me. The way they treated me I could tell it was a shady operation from day 1.

Both LV casino and 50 States casinos sites have shut down, but it looks as though they may continue to take your money with no hopes of getting paid.
