looks like nj will pass law to regulate interstate online gaming this month.  They stated games should be available by september of 2012.  Also, they are trying to make compact and profit sharing deals with other states to allow their residents to play at nj licensed online casinos.

This should be just the beginning of major changes for U.S. players, so be patient and many new opportunities may be on the horizon!

Yep, I've read about this possibility as well in LCB News section.

        I found it here: http://www.latestcasinobonuses.com/article/new-jersey-legalization-still-possible-by-september

I watched video today with interview from sportsbookreview with nj state senator.  He stated nj will be the silicon valley of online gambling.  I think this state is on fast track with nevada right behind.  I also like the idea of them bringing in other states for profit sharing.

They stated that violaters will be charged $1000 per player per day.  Not sure how they monitor this but sounds like they've been planning this in nj for a while.

From what i understand Nevada has already passed it. Things are slowly looking up. In Illinois they just past online lotteries so that is a step in the right direction. I knew that would happen because they were push behind the Wire Act decision.

I think once this is full implemented. We USA player should launch a class action law suit against RTG.

RTG casinos are stocking away all the cash now from U.S. deposits.  They know their days are numbered...maybe a year away and they'll be out of business.  This is the reason why so many U.S. players are steadily losing all deposits at the RTGs. Nothing will change either.

The RTG brand will just collapse as regulation gets closer.  Most players are just so sick of them at this point.  They have no shot at U.S. license and with player loyalty rapidly declining, the have prescribed their own fate.  Greedy operators and execs lining their pockets now and will need to plan other career options down the road.

hopefully not too much longer then for you all in the usa,

a question for all you usa players, will this mean anyone can play from any state when this does happen or will it only be for those in those states until other states follow down that road too.

        great news though
