  • This is my latest gaming gripe. Maybe Im overly sensitive but I don't like feeling badly at casino's. I go there to relax and have fun, not to feel irritable and stressed. I sent this email to customer support a few days ago. Needless to say, I didn't even earn a response. But it did feel good to get it off my chest. grin

    To whom it may concern:
    Hi, I recently joined your casino on 1/9/10. I am a frequent depositer at one of your sisters (Golden Casino) and decided to try your site out. I received the 20$ regestration bonus and began to play on the regular slots, switching over to a slot tournement when my balance reached 33$ in my regular account. After playing the tournement, I returned to the lobby to find that my balance read zero. I contacted live chat for help this is what transpired:

    you: xxxxx xxxxxxx, xxxxxxx@yahoo.com. Something really weird just happened. I had a balance of over 30$ and I was playing in a tournement. When I left the tourney the balance was gone but a 20$ bonus was credited???

    JavierW: what tournament you were playing

    you: Cleopatra

    JavierW: that is not a tournament

    you: Yes it is. #5571

    you: I am a frequent depositer at one of your sister sites Golden Casino. So Im very firmiliar with your games/tournements. Nothing like this has ever happened to me.

    you: I had 33$ balance. I went into the tourney, when I left I had nothing in my balance but I did have a 20$ bonus. Very odd...Nothing like this has ever happened to me at golden

    JavierW: yes i was the one that told you you will your account was going to refresh with $20 and if you now our sister you should know that you can't play table game with our bonus

    you: Im not playing in a table game.

    JavierW: ok it was mistake from our side $17.5 will be ther in 2 min

    A) This Javier told me that I wasn't playing in a tournement, yet I most certainly was. I do not appreciate being second guessed. What's worse is no apology regaurding his error.
    B) He brings up something completely irrelevant. Refreshing some bonus that is apparently again unrelated. Perhaps confusing me with another player???
    C) He accuses me of cheating (playing table games) which I most certainly havent. He should get his facts straight before pointing fingers. Although he acknowledges that the error is on his end, again no apology.
    D) I am shorted $15.50 and after being treated with absolutely no respect, I wasn't about to waste my time with Javier on fighting for it.

    Needless to say, I will not be playing/depositing at your casino. I will also stop at Golden...even though they've done nothing wrong, its guilt by association. I am happy you give out free chips, so that players like myself can decide whether they like the casino enough to deposit. But after this exchange, why should I spend my money to leave feeling badly because I've been treated unfairly by a representative? Keep in mind it takes many months to build a strong customer base but mere seconds to lose them.

  • Vegas Tech = Fasle accusations, LOUSY and I mean LOUSY CS. PLus they don't care if there's a noticable problem, they won't try and fix it.

  • Sorry,tyesmommy  that you had to have a bad experience. I don't think this casino has good customer service at all. I don't play at any of their sister casinos so don't have any personal experiences to tell you if they are good or bad but after I read your post, I don't believe that I will... cheesy

    I know just how you feel. It is like we are at the mercy of customer support. I guess i will never know why some casinos don't take better pride in customer relations. Things like this go a long way for the player and really means alot.

    Like you say, you want to relax and have fun. Just to get away from it all and not deal with stress. This is your hard earn money you are spending. The competition is fierce for casinos.

    Extra perks and good CS go along way. I hope you feel better now that you could vent. It always helps!!

  • i joined online vegas and they overcharged me i contacted customer service immedietly the girl called me a liar in a round about way said to send the bank statement and all my id, told me it was my fault i am the one who enters the information.  I told her i have worked many jobs and this has happened before to me machines make mistakes.  She closed my account which i did not know so when i joined goldencasino i was told i could not play at any of thier sites because i refused to send information i told them i just dropped i was out50bucks i would deal with it.  I just wanted to play i was informed i could no longer play at their casinos till i proved id and loss of money.  Been this route before they are always right no matter what they are the rudest casino i have ever worked with

  • definately would recommed Blue's suggestion. Also, maybe dispute the overcharge w/your bank. I know it's a bit of a pain, but it's your hard earned money we're talking about here. Don't let them get away with it!  >:(

  • So not only do they overcharge you in your bank account, they send out dodgy cheques too.

    Yeah, they sent me a check.  I deposited it.  Two weeks later the bank tells me ISF!  After weeks, and weeks, Online Vegas got it right, BUT I never go my fee reinbursed.

    As long as you got your money except overdraft fees/bounced fees, I think it's better off staying away from this casino...you  lost those fees but this casino lost the greatest player!!! wink

    LMAO - Here in the UK you would be called a tart but that is only in a very very loose joking sense of the word.  It's actually a "comedy line" over here.  I don't know how you take it over there.
