haha...what a joke, I try to avoid rivals in general because of this very same thing..they tell you that you can have an acount at any rival casino and make deposits, but then turn around and claim you have multiple accounts when you try to claim a bonus...I never had the privlege of cashing out so I wonder if that happens if they try to void your winnings because you have an accout at ANOTHER casino and call that multiple accounts...oh and the the games they have are all crap that never pay out or hit bonus rounds....oh wait...they do pay sometimes, if you bet $1.00 a spin you might hit a 15 cent win. One time I got a bonus round on a $2.00 bet and won 0.00 on it.....I think the only time I have ever done good at a rival casino is when it was with a free chip...but then right before I met playthrough requirements I lost it all...........those casinos really are a joke.....PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE come back to the USA MICROGAMING!!!

this is just my guess,
if you have 1 acct with each rival casino within the group like thisisvegas/vegasday/rocketbet, you are considerred as having multiple accts and u r bonus ineligible.

That's my take on this occurance. I'm glad I have dumped them all and it shows how crafty this group can be in making this a "Rule" which benefits them and hurts players.

As time goes by, I suspect they'll add more "Skins" but still be the same sneaky group they have shown to be.

Advice? If there's a "Sister" casino with one you play at, then drop them both or know they may use the same tactics to deprive you of bonuses.

Im sorry AC i can see many contradictary statements on their part trying to get the "story" straight as reasons to NOT give you your bonus.. and to me it's just plain stupid, it confuses me as well.. they lost a good player and depsotior with you, they have no idea, and will lose alot of others as well. I bet if you continued to deposit without saying a word, the "multiple accounts" issue would never arise and they will gladly accept them all, and even if/and from all the multiple accounts they say you have... you know what i mean? If you were making a deposit instead of asking for your bonus probably no problem smooth sailing...
Is it anywhere posted that you can only have 1 account with only 1 rival?
How are we to know which are which to sisters? Do they list them, are you warned, that if you have signed up at their sister sites that you will be bonus banned, denied withdraw, but not deposit banned.. (lololol)

they just screwed me over too.  after i made 135. in deposits to be in the cocoa/paradise $600. contest, they say i am bonus ineligible, and will not allow me to be part of the contest.  no freaken problem taken my money though. >:( >:( >:(
