- I have been a customer of Noble Casino for around a year, they sent me many bonus offers to deposit and I played with bonuses and without bonuses on a regular basis.
They sent me a bonus offer which I made and reached zero then I decided I want to deposit 300 and play without a bonus. I went to the cashier and the balance showed zero and I made the deposit of 300 and declined the bonus that was offered.
I went to the Roueltte and won 3000 Euro. I played only a single hand in the roulette with the 300 deposit only.
When I closed the Roulette game I saw that there was another screen opened of a slots machine I played before - captain treasure slots machine 9 line slots .
This old screen was probably due to the fact that I clicked twice on the slots and 2 windows opened when I played it before at the same day.
The reason I am mentioning that old screen that was opened is because in the casino software although you do not click spin the money is being taken from the balance and the balance was not actually zero when I made the deposit without the bonus.
The casino has a term that they reserve the right not to pay a player if he touch the roulette while there is a bonus inside the account but I explained them that the cashier balance is the one to determine and the fact the software is built like that so the real balance is hidden is not right and it was a honest mistake.
Moreover, this Roulette terms is there against bonus abuse, I played only my own 300 in the roulette, no bonus was involved when I played the Roulette, I placed a single bet only of 300 only one bet to win the 3000.
I sent 2 emails to the casino manager explaining him the situation but he decided not to reply probably because he knew he is not going to pay so why to reply.
I told the manager that I will complete the wagering of the previous bonus I received although the deposit of 300 was made with no bonus and I did so, I actually wager in slots more than required and manage to win more and cashed out 4132 Euro.
I did a honest mistake, why to reserve the right at such a case , it is also the way the software is being built, in the cashier the balance is showing zero, there is nothing clearer than that to the player that he starts from zero.
And even if the 45 left in account by mistake in the slots, and the 300 deposit was the only to be played in the roulette, is it a case you reserve the right not to pay winnings, isnt it 100% shamefull behaviour from a casino you decide to play without a bonus from time to time and win.
I dont ask for their good will, it is the software error to do so, the cashier should tell you the balance and when it says zero then it means zero, if another slots screen is open and the money is being taken from balance although you didnt click spin it should be showed in cashier, I mean the balance and not zero

- I have had a very similar situation happen to me. But let me ask you, when you made your straight deposit didn't you notice that there was more in your account than you should of had?
The slot window was left open and apparently if i understand this correctly you didn't complete a spin or a bonus round. So that that when you went to the cashier it showed a zero balance but there was still a game in play.
If you had taken a bonus on your next deposit that is when the system would have picked it up and said there was already a bonus in progress.
I do agree that when there is a game hung up and still in progress the software should not allow a player to proceed until it is completed and kick you right back to the game.
If there was no game in progress or no bonus balance and it was simply a glitch due to the system then you should be compensated.
Did the casino tell you how much bonus was remaining when you made your deposit?
- At the whole process of playing the roulette and the process of depositing the slots balance was hidden and not showed at all, once the screen is open with the slots although not in middle of game it takes the money from your balance and you simply can't see it, not in cashier and not in the roulette only when you open the slots.
So I could see the extra 45 left in the other slots screen open, only when I close that screen.
It is their software to blame and not me, as the balance in the cashier is the one to determine, when a player goes to the cashier and see 0, a 0 is a zero, if other windows opened by mistake like the slots I have been playing it should be indicated some way or another in the cashier and the cashier showed 0.
And anyway, what is the big deal to pay a player who placed his own deposit of 300 in the roulette, why to reserve the right ? but I dont ask for their good will as it is their system mistake in cashier
