        Ok everyone, here is the issue

        When i registered my account the other day, i made the account in Euro because they didnt have GBP, so now i thought after a few deposits here i should ask them to change it to USD, but here is the thing, i asked them 24 hours ago and it still has not been changed, they emailed me hours and hours ago asking what the currency of my moneybookers is, i mean come on, that has nothing to do with them, i do not understand why they needed to know that, that makes totally no sense what so ever, i am sorry but i do not trust a casino that seems to be slow at even doing simple things like this as changing currency on someones account, i changed my currency in other casinos and they did it instantly a few took about an hour, but all others did it instantly when i asked.

        so i do not understand what is soo hard for them and why they are delaying doing it, what is there problem,

        and another issue is, there is no bonuses for UK players in this casino group.

        so all these issues now just make me think do not play here, delay tactics, no bonuses, support slow, i wonder how long withdraws would take if a player won, a big company too Nordic gaming group is, and this is the bad customer service i receive

        As far as my experience goes with this casino, they have a quite satisfying withdrawal time, and since they are pretty reputable when it comes to paying winnings there shouldnt be any problems with that.

        Im a little suprised they need so much time to solve your account setting issue but I wouldnt immediately assume they wouldnt pay winnings or use some delay tactics in withdrawal.

        Did you ask for currency to be changed to USD after you made a deposit and placed wagers? As far as bonuses are concerned there are many casinos that have bonus exempt countries. Reasons for it include high areas for bonus abuse etc. Just as there are many casinos that allow bonuses strictly for the UK.

        May not make sense why some countries are restricted to us but we all experience from time to time. If you are a bonus player than i suggest you play at a casino where the UK is not restricted.

        im not a bonus player, i just like free chips from time to time, or free spins in net ent casinos, like i get in mrgreen sometimes. that is what i meant when i said bonuses, and lips yes i did deposit twice before i requested for my currency to be changed to USD, the reason i wanted it changed was so that when i play the WMS slots i get more spins for my money

        it still hasnt been changed either, i really dont know what is taking them soo long, can someone please contact them on my behalf please and ask them how much longer it will take, this is outragious the amount it is taking just to change currency

        Well thats it for me, I REFUSE NOW, this is a crazy joke, just went into support again, and someone called Pasi answered, and all he or she said was i will get an email soon, sorry for the inconvenience, always standard replies, OMG, please this is not fair now, what is wrong with this casino

        they keep telling me the same things now every time i goto support.

        i do not trust this casino one little bit now, i am sorry but this is disgraceful how long this has taken

        so i wont be playing here for WMS, i will find another now

        still not had an email from them and my account is still in Euro, i asked if someone could help from this forum but didnt get a reply
