        ..but, what is so hard about approving documents?

        I also asked if they could use doc's from another Rival and they said no, we only share software.  Then why do I have to write your casino name on my doc's???

        Process is just completely tedious.. I need to start doing it before I make a deposit just to see if they are on their game.  I assume their cashout process would go the same each time.

        There are many casinos I have dealt with that take days to approve your doc's, and to me, it is nothing but a stall tactic. How hard is it to recieve the fax, verify all is in order, and approve the information.

        I feel this way as the casinos I now play at, and trust, have recieved my documents, approved them, and gotten back to me in less than 30 minutes.  It can be done.

        It does help to send them in ahead of time, that is the only way I can see to avoid the "delay" that is inevitable if you wait till after you win. 

        If you run into a wait with your documents being approved, it is usually a safe bet that the payout is going to be slow too.  In my opinion.

        I agree.

        My only other experience  with a cashout was Cocoa, it took 3 days to verify my doc's, approve my cashout and have the money in my bank account (ACH).  That was also during a weekend.  I cashed on a Friday morning and sent doc's, got the money in my account at midnight Sunday.

        The cashout in question is with VRC.  5 day's now and doc's arent even approved, even got the "license is a bit too dark, please send another" thismorning.  Same scan worked for Cocoa, Lock and a couple others.

        It is only for $40 and I have told them repeatedly that once it hits my Quicktender I am going to redeposit with them for a bonus.

        Hi Jocan,

        What i can't understand is the sister sites. They are completely aware of any wrong move a player makes at any of their casinos. Only during this times are the casino connected and don't operate independently from each other.

        Yet send in documents as you say and they want to know which casino your referring to. This a definite indicator to me that they all share the same info.

        No matter which casino I email, the rep's must have ESP with one another. 

        One other odd thing.. VRC support used to reply to me within minutes, since the doc's thing I cant get a reply from either support or the faxback email addy's...
