First off, let me say I have no issues with Slots Jungle at this point.  I ran a $30 deposit up to $2k, played it back down to $1500, got my docs approved and cashed out.

This is where it get's odd.  I cashed out via wire transfer which has a max of $3k and I did it for only $1500.  Today (the 4th business day), I get an email congratulating me on my $500 cashout and that it had been processed.  I rushed to my account and they put the other $1,000 back in the account.

I am wondering if their processor is only taking $500 max on wires right now?  It was just odd how the email mentioned nothing of this.  It is either that or they don't have the money, which I find unlikely.

Anyone have a similar experience with them?

THis is how they do business unfortunately which is why I quit depositing with them.  This was an unacceptable practice they did with me as well, and after I whined enough..and got our rep involved here, they finally paid the remaining amount of my withdrawal which was $3000 total.  They do this in hopes that you will play the money back.  So be sure to go back in and reinitiate your withdraw because it is quite tempting to give it back to them

They NEVER offered any reasonable explanation for why they would only send $500.  Another thing that was frustrating is that you then have to pay more wire fees to your bank for your additional requested funds, rather than just one, had they just sent it in its entirety. There have been many complaints on their casino support thread about this as well.  Oh, and be aware that they may suspend you from using any more deposit bonuses once you initiate a large withdrawal...they did that to me and several other forum members.  I uninstalled their casino and refuse to do business with this group.  Good luck with your entire withdrawal!!

I wonder if they have a max of $500 cashout a week?  I've never looked at their T&C's.

I immediately replied to the original email and have yet to receive a reply.  I have also sent Daniel 2 pm's since then which have gone unanswered.

I can live with them saying the max is $500 per cashout, but to claim 3k and give no explanation as to why they cap at $500 is bush league.

Eh.. we will see where it goes.  I always reference the Club World Group when emailing them, because they are the only group that does things right.  They cash out faster than anyone and are always quick to reply to any concerns.

I swear you would make a fortune if you ran a 100% honest book, casino, poker room that did what they say they would do.  5dimes comes to mind, but their casino is horrible.  Think Bovada without Calvin Ayre flaunting and delayed payouts.  May move to costa rica, you could corner the market.

Let's hope Daniel can help you out on this. I agree if these casinos stood up and started flying right they would make a killing in the US market. If they are only paying out $500 a week i wouldn't let them win by playing it all back. Make a a withdrawal for the next two weeks and beat them at their own game.

i am with you lips,  we sort of had this discussion before and it was never justified and then just slipped away with  time......this is a really poor/unacceptable business practice.....i hope we can get to the bottom of this as I am a frequent player at slots jungle and this would be a major deal breaker if it happened to me

Well, two days and no replies from anyone regarding this issue.  Emailed the finance people twice and they have sent absolutely nothing back.  Pretty shady practice.

Why are they the highest recommended casino on latestcasinobonuses.com?  I always assumed it was because they gave the highest referral bonuses to you guys, it definitely cannot be the best casino for the players with this stuff going on.

they are right at the border of rogue casino.  They tempt you with large deposit bonuses, but have limited cash flow.  They are run by criminals, but stay afloat because of the the small $500 week cashout limit.  Be cautious with this group.

Their ranked 3rd, but I think this ranking is determined by the amount of people signing up at that specific casino, and not actually by who thinks which casino is best .

these type of casinos that have limited payout will really struggle when u.s. players have better choices.  Their cashflow is not good and they have to wait for deposits to cover the cashouts.  That's why they only limit payout to $500 because they are not properly funded.

I don't know everything danielg.  I do know what your casinos are and what kind of people run them.  In the long run, you and your casinos will be fo rced out of business.  Good luck in your next career move.
