Gotta tell ya I am steaming hot right now and want everyone to know what is going on. Here is my story:
I have been playing at Club player on a regular basis, have cashed out over 1700 dollars there and to be honest I have been paid within 3 weeks of when I cashed out. Yeah, 3 weeks is to long but hey I was paid.
On 10/18 I won 1000 dollars on Loose Caboose, CHAAAAAAA CHING!!!!!!!!! Could not hit the withdrawal button fast enough....All requirements were met, and my hubby and I are going to Las Vegas for New Years and hey 1 grand extra will insure the 10 days we are there will be a good time! Well after many e-mails and a few sessions in Live Chat and 2 calls made to the casino, which I might add the customer service rep was VERY RUDE both times, (told me to sit quietly and I would probably get my money faster) then hung up on me. I still have not had my withdrawal approved. I am so damn hot right now you can't imagine. So I went back to live chat today, and was told to come back on Friday. ARE YOU FREAKIN' KIDDING ME? WTF IS UP WITH THAT? When he told me Friday I blew a gasket, for real, my nose started bleeding. I have to wait for a damn month to get it approved and this moron is telling me they are doing their best? Oh man, if that is there best what the hell could their worst be? I'm having the same problem with Palace of Chance.. They must be the same company because the live chat is exactly alike and the excuses are the same.. I cashed out $1000 on October 4th, I was told it would take 10-15 business days to process, than 10-15 more business days after that to receive the money.. The money was processed on October 16th...The 15th business day from there would be Friday November 6th.. I contacted several times since than I have logged the live chat and emails I have received from them....Below is some of this....

This site is a joke.. Tells me more or less after I ask for an exact amount... First of all I do not see anything about cash out fee's on this site,, I know most or all sites charge you to cash out or give you 1 free cash out per month, but this site..where does it say they charge money for cashing out? No where!!!
I first signed up with this casino with a $50 free chip, I rolled it over however much they said in there details of the free chip and the max cash out was $100, I cashed out $100 and I asked for a check via mail..They end up sending the money western union and charging me like $32 or $38 fee and I only received like $62 or $68 if I remember correctly, This took at least 3 weeks, maybe a month...
This is taking over a month and I am getting very unpatient with this stupid site...The site claims on their main page ...

One thing I believe causes delays: It appears they re work their routes of payments from time to time which causes delays. For example, I play at one casino based in Panama and get a check from Hong Kong drawn off a bank in Canada! To stay in some what "stealth mode" they seem to change the route and banks and middlemen from time to time. If your deposit gets caught in this transition time you get LONG delays! No excuse I know!

virtual needs 10days to even approve a payout, then another waiting for processing. they fool you, virtual is if not the biggest rtg operator and honestly claim they need so long to payout ;-) guess why? they dont like to payout.. the longer they let players wait the more players get frustrated and reverse withdrawals and play it all back. their business is more unethical in every point. just browse google entering virtual casino group..
i once went to livechat and asked them why i only find complaints and warnings about them, their answerwas ahh you know thats all blackmail from competitors. how stupid do they think peolpe are? ::)

I highly recommend Lucky Red, Aladdin's Gold, and Club World. All RTG casinos. Twice now I have requested a withdrawal in the evening and it was in my ewalletxpress account the following morning. 12 hours! There is absolutely no need to wait a month or more for a check from the Virtual Group!

From what I can tell virtual group is naturally a rogue place. No where besides there fake watch dog sites praise them one bit. So personally would I expect the withdrawal to take place? Probably not. Seems like these guys see a penny and fight to see who will take it and spend it. Then the customer wants a cash out and they oh shit we have to pay now? Well we'll just jerk them around until the wanna spend that money back. That's my perception I get on them.

oh poor you, well once you get your winnings don't ever go back there and tell them exactly how you fel about their services bloody w******, and yeah it isn't fair if you deposit and thats like instant and when it comes to your withdrawls it takes forever....so sorry to hear about it though.

I agree. We gamblers need to just stop playing at online casinos that screw around with withdrawals. Golden Casino calls me all the time asking me to deposit (with all sorts of play-through, strings attached offers!). I remind them every time I don't play with them anymore ever since their group sent me a bad check. If a couple of 100 people keep doing this, hopefully, they will get the message.

LH, I will keep you posted for sure, Every day I will be posting if I dont get it in the 3-4 more business days I was told, suppousdly it being sent and all and thats normal for a bank wire to receive it.. Is that true or normal for a international bank wire from out of the USA to the USA? Will the bank charge a fee for receiving one?? I use CHASE bank, Anyone know or have they received a fee with their banks in the USA when getting a bank wire?

if you want no drama its very very easy to achieve: never ever play with any casino from the virtual group, or the old crystalpalace which is now planet7, siveroak and so on..
all this is big bunch of s***.. these casinos missed the point.. or spirit or whatever.. i dont care if anybody tells me here ohh they have great no playthrough bonusses etc.. casinos with such a poor withdrawal process (and they do it for a reason) deserve not a dime of respect and in my opinion i would go this far banning them from the forum.

anyway just upsets me sometimes, all the trouble mostly comes from one side of operators. i see theres a warning here on them but newbies always fall into their traps. if anyone posts a freechip from these casinos he should include its more likely playmoney ;-). or at least a lot hassle.
in accordance to protect members in review of all the complaints etc. i would create a sub forum in the nodeposit bonusses maybe called rogue freebies or whatever. so everybody knows what its about.

Just to let everyone know , I received my $1000 bank wire today..after waiting since 10/04.. received today 11/17 from palace of chance..I guess they didnt charge me any fee's because $1000 was received, also I was credited a $25 free chip or free play money for the very long wait.
