Rushmore group, winpalace, inetbet and now Grande Vegas.  Even I tried to deposit without a bonus couple times at Grande Vegas (only very small amounts), but it didn't help.  After $500 cashed out yesterday, I am now excluded from the promotions.  If you keep on winning (doesn't have to win on every deposit), chance for you to be excluded from their promotions is high.

The thinking is you're supposed to withdraw one dollar at at time?  Success seems to be a double-edge sword at these casinos.

I think the casinos blamed me for the technique I used to spin on slots.  If you want to know, I'll show you. 
1/  set the bet amount that you like to spin at
2/  ask yourself, am I left or right handed?
3/  if you use a laptop, then sit tight, relax, place your hand (left or right) above the touchpad, slowly tap it one time using one of your fingers, wait till all the reels stop.
if you prefer to use a mouse, then just use left click one time.
4/  tap or click  it again
5/  repeating these steps again and again

Do not tell the casinos I told you these steps thou or you might get yourself bonus banned like me.

Looks like your numbers up there boss. They are paying attention to you now, likely got you on some sort of list. I would choose your bonus cashouts carefully yo. Make em worth the possibility of not being able to again.

not necessary.  If you cash out a big one, you will get their attention.  My previous cashout at slots jungle was about 3 months ago and I lost hmmmm 29 deposits since that time up until now.  I was lucky to win a big one on my 30th deposit, and I'm excluded from future promotions, lol.
