ONLINE VEGAS TOOK MY MONEY!

I purchased a tournament for $6.99.  It is not showing up as purhased even though it was withdrawn from my acccount.

I have been online with support for a total of 5 hours since yesterday.  I have been told I didn't buy ANY tournies (bought 7), didn't buy the $6.99 and should they cancel my account?!?!

They stole my money.  Beware.

ITA Gabby.  For four months now they have been refusing to pay me $52 in slot winnings from a tournament and my account has been blocked.

"We will no longer offer you service" the Online Vegas rep told me.  That goes for all of Online Vegas' sister casinos too: GO Casino, Grand Vegas and Golden Casino

Wow, Joseph!  That is awful.  I am loyal to their casinos and some of support is downright rude.

I find it very interesting if you look at the tournament winners.  I can tell you, without a doubt, MIKETHEKING, BADABOOMBADABING AND SUNNYDAY will be in the top 5... EVERY TIME. 

I rebought a $6.99 5 times and ended up with $5.  Mike zoomed to the top and won $2,500.  Every week, it's $10,000 or $2,500 won.  Nobody can be THAT lucky.  I went to 'play mode' just to see if I could get as high as his balance.  Refreshed the $3,000 most of the day and never matched his amt, which started at $325. 

Very curious.

That is curious Gabby.  A lot of red flags there.  I would think the staff could see you are a frequent customer and at least offer you a complimentary bonus for your trouble.

I been iffy about about them myself. I paid into a tournament, hit 5 of something (cant remember what it was) that brought my winnings up to like $17,000 something. Anyway it was first place by a long shot. No joke, not ten seconds after that a name jumped in front of me with like $58,000. I was like, are you F-in kidding me. I just didnt see that any way possible.

Yeah,I have personally seen (And emailed them about) and the reactions of the casinos has led me to believe they don't run a fair game.

I'd avoid all VT's period.

how do you guys feel about english harbour group? i made a deposit with them for the first time feb 7th it went soooooo fast maybe in 4 min i thought it was just me.Then i made another deposit march 1st and it went fast 2 maybe 2 min.I like the vt slots but i would have liked more play time

English Harbor group has been good to me.  They usually get the payouts back to me in 48 hours and you get a rep in less than a minute on chat.  

Sorry about your losses Rena35.  Vegas Tech slots in general tend to be tight.

I've twice now won $5 in the daily tourneys at EH, but yes, the money goes really fast unless you are really lucky.  I did get it up to $39 once, but it quickly went down down down then out the window!

I've only deposited at Go casino and English Harbour but sadly to say that I haven't been lucky enough to cash out from either casino...like you,Rena, their games are a way too tight for me or maybe I have been playing wrong games... .
