    I never saw any casino closes accounts for posts written in the forums (I remember you not quote the post where I complimented your casino, maybe you're allergic to these compliments because there are many complaints from players in other sites)!

    To be clear: Mr. Richard go to pay other players who complain about delays in other sites, not to be crafty because here there is no need to post if you pay within 3 days........ you are the first you have to respect the rules written in your site, not us players!

    Mr Richard, go to work and remember that all this does not end here, i will go in other sites to remember also there that the Manager Mr. Richard, instead of quoting post with compliments, is annoyed by the posts when the players remember the rule of 3 business days! !

    I am happy only now that i understood who you are, Mr Richard, and happy to go play in other casinos that not involved here because the rules (for the withdrawals) are apply automatically!!!

    Mr Richard, go to pay the players of the other sites, now do not worry you more because i will not more here who advises the rule of 3 business  days so you take all the time you want to pay and also not to pay ......... cunning that you are!

    it's all confirmed!

    Pamper Casino has this usual and routine mode to delay the payments and to do not reply to tickets or emails of the players.

    This site (which of course I do not say out of respect) contains 12 complaints of players for the casino Pamper and other 20 complaints about the sister casino Always Cool.

    Same thing: the alleged manager intervenes, after many days of pain inflicted on us players, to resolve the problems successfully ......
    Always so, the 3 business days are not applied automatically!

    Oh, Mr. Richard, you are right to have closed my account, I gave too much disturb! You continues so that other players will escape from this phantom casino!

    I'm NOT "moving the problem" as there is NO problem. You GOT paid.

    Your account was then closed by Pamper Casino decision. It is their discretion and their right to do so. Was it the best decision, probably not, but did they have the legitimate right to close your account, the answer is YES.

    The reason why I asked you to stop posting at the other thread is because you were turning it into a personal rant ( AFTER you got paid ) and derailing the topic. That section is designed to assist our membership ( and you got the assistance ) and not for personal bash fests.

    And not only that, you are now attacking my persona.

    The only serious thing here are your uncalled attacks. For the last time please be respectful.

    can u not see that everyone is saying the same thing my dear,find another casino to play at andf please realize that if it wasnt for Zuga u wouldnt have gotten paid.He worked to get this resolved.Ive read around where some never get paid u should be thankful

  • That's really shame alb777 that no matter what you are not going to be happy while you have nice fat payout. Some people you simply just can't please. Your constant attacks on Zuga are uncalled for and if you would calm down enough from your ridiculous accusations maybe you would realize that.

    Perhaps it is best you no longer want to be here because bashing Zuga just doesn't work with this LCB family who has always been fair and works beyond what anyone could imagine to help members.

    Zuga and the entire LCB staff is here to offer members the best support possible. But when a problem has been resolved why keep going on and on about it and taking it out on people that really don't deserve it? Granted you were frustrated and we have all been down that road at one time or another but that is no excuse to take it out on others or go on a full rage about it particularly since you have been paid.

    We are always on the players side when it is justified and do our best to step in but we are also fair to the casinos who at times do not deserve the constant badgering. You made your point, it was never censored but it comes a time to put it to rest. Just like your continuous new rant you have started in this thread.

    And to not keep going on and on myself its all i really want to spend on this matter. My only purpose is to find a peaceful resolution.

    I am hoping you can understand this and start anew, we have heard all your thoughts. Now is the time to put it behind you and let it go don't you think?

    I understood that this "other" for you is normal.

    Lips, i finished all here, i am not frustrated for the closeling my account (Pamper Casino is not 32red and it is not bet365, and then I still live even not playing in this casino) but i am frustrated by the way of operating of Zuga. If you showed me the curiosity to know things, he understood that the problem was not the payment or closing the account ...... but he wanted to hear only the manager, patient!

  • The way I "operate" is rather simple.

    I try to mediate between players and casinos. Assist our membership and try to resolve any issues and complaints.

    Part of what I do is to maintain the forum and all the membership and keep things civil.

    It is not a problem that you raised certain questions about Pamper Casino, the problem is that you went on a rant and attacked the official Representative after you got paid.

    Casino Representatives are also members of this forum and they deserve the same respect that you would give to any other member.

    Hence my request to refrain from posting in such manner in order to stop the rant and further derail.

    Now you have a really hard time to accept this, and it seems you cannot be reasoned with , for which I felt it on my skin with your personal attacks directed at me.

    I believe this was one huge waste of everyone's time as you simply won't accept the forum rules.

    Instead you think i have something against you as a player and protecting an "evil casino", which is ridiculous.

    As you can tell you are free to post, even though you failed to show some due respect.

    You don't have to agree with how I "operate" , it actually doesn't bother me at all, and Ill tell you why. Because you got paid in a timely fashion. And it's where LCB mission was successful.

    I hope this puts an end to this discussion.

    I was really hoping I wouldn't have to post in this thread but please, let's not completely lose perspective here smiley

    Zuga didn't do anything for him nor was he involved with his case until after the withdrawal was processed. Alberto had the terrible habit of posting in the support thread immediately after requesting any withdrawal. He was well aware that we advertise 3 business days for Accounting responses but he would start posting the day he requested the withdrawal even though we publically and privately requested and subsequently warned him to please wait 3 business days for a response.

    I also explained that I was ordinarily not involved with the processing of withdrawals and that his posting messages like :

    So please, while I love Zuga and find Alberto's attitude towards him very disconcerting to put it mildly, let us keep things in perspective with the comments smiley

  • Can I have my turn at this??  Being the Chairman of "Members Fed Up With Other Members" I dont find this thread amusing at all.  Having studied under the great Mind Doctor here is what I think is going on.  We have a member named alb666 making 10 posts rambling on and on in his 2nd language about something bad about Pamper Casino after being paid in a reasonable amount of time by the casino.  We have Zuga making 4 posts starting with the 3rd post in this thread typing the same thing over and over in a nice way telling alb666 to knock it off with no luck.  Then here comes the Pamper Casino host knowing he or she and his or her casino hasnt done anything wrong trying to explain themself for no reason at all other than alb666 is trying to convince him or her they have done something wrong.  Finally, we have Lips that makes too much sense of all this with 1 simple line of typing, "some people u just cant please".  The solution is quite simple.  To Zuga, Lips and Pamper Casino Host:  You are dealing with an online casino socialpath player.  Nothing any of you type is going to solve anything.  You cant reason with these type of people.  Each of you 3 raise your hand if you have anything else better to do with your lives.  Lock this blasted thread and go on with your lives, you have nothing more to prove here.  To alb666 run for a political office in your home country.  It will solve alot of problems.
