You've made a deposit and gone straight away to one of your favorite games. Sadly, your bankroll has dwindled down to a zero balance. There is nothing left to do but close the virtual window on another Jackpot dream and return to the homepage.
Wait! What the.... ? Well would you lookie there! Sitting in your cashier is a shiny surprise penny!
Now...I don't know about all of you, but if I have $100 I am going to GAMBLE IT! The same holds true for a penny.
(Too much?)
Okay. That's all I've got. Sorry! I needed a segue into my question. And that is:
Has anyone else encountered or taken notice of a very real, yet maddenly elusive penny in your cashier? You can't spend it and Live Reps claim to have no idea what it is. In my most recent encounter-- Drake Casino wouldn't even acknowledge my inquirey as legit-- opting instead, to speak to me as though I was more than a little confused. I literally had to send Screenies.
For goodness sakes! It's just a penny! So imagine my surprise when, having asked repeatedly to have it removed from my account, I was ignored. So I persisted. I received an email that said, " I can't tell you why it is there." That is all. Then I was offered a $5 bonus for my troubles. The penny remains to this very day.
IDEAS ANYONE?
As I said, this particular example is specific to Drake Casino. The other times I noted this curious occurance I was playing Bingo and I assume since the Bingo rooms are sister sites... they follow the same policies. Vic's/Bingo for Money/Canada Bingo.
I will upload the aforementioned SS from Drake Casino. (If you would like to see the email exchange, feel free to pm me and I will provide that as well.)
