Hi LCBers!
A new year has just begun and it seems like a new era is about to begin too. Or maybe not! As crazy or absurd as it may sound, I received a personal invitation to join a VIP Club at...make a guess!...a TopGame Casino!!! Why or why of all gaming platforms it happens to be TopGame?! The Gods must be crazy! Nah...the casino managers must be going crazy!
This particular Account Manager was formerly with Microgaming and knew my existence there. He left MG and joined TopGame, hopping from one casino to another before ending up with the Rome Group. Yes...yes...Rome Group are no better than the other TopGame Groups, but apparently he is on a mission to prove otherwise. He finally found me after repeated failed attempts (according to him, who knows?!) and sent me an invitation email. My first instinct? What the heck - why should I join a TopGame Club?! VIP Club or not. I told him everything I knew about TopGame casinos, their insane T&C, ridiculous requirements and whatnots...and why I wouldn't want to play at their casinos. He admitted to being aware of all that but he wants to prove to me that his casino is turning a new leaf and wants me to experience it first hand! Is that a compliment? Who knows?!
After a few wheelings and dealings...hahahaha...he came up with an offer so irresistable that I cannot refuse! VIP membership with perks, very fast withdrawals (slow only for 1st withdrawal) and cashback plays (no wagering, no restrictions, no bonuses). Even the cashbacks are without any restrictions. The deal? 40% cashback on all my losses. WOW!!! Now that is a gooood deal!
So now, I have opened an account at the casino and we will see if any of these will materialize...or just vanish into hot steam! Come back here for latest info...hehehe.

I wish to express my thanks and gratitude to member XXXXX for alerting me of a similar case being reported at forum Casinomeister.
I read the postings with interest. Several people from different countries reported receiving similar personal invitation emails from the same person and casino as I did, but it seems that no one could contact him (Robert Alexander Nash) or had refused to make contact. Strange! I replied his email and he responded. Not once, but 3 or 4 times already...but I now just realised he was/is using googlemail and not the official casino's address. Ahh! Could indeed be a spammer this guy...and the offer being nothing but promises in the air!
Since I am already into this, I am going through with it to find out the truth! So I wrote in to the casino (Mona Casino) requesting verification of the personal invitation from the Account Manager (naming him), the membership perks and the 40% cashback offer. Only upon verification shall I make a deposit to start playing at the casino. Robert informed me on Friday that he will only be in the office on Monday, so we'll just wait and see what will transpire next!
If anyone here need to know, I opened a real money account at Mona Casino, was greeted by Live Chat (Rick), I told him I was invited there by the Account Manager (I should have mentioned Robert's name ), Rick replied the manager wasn't in at that moment and gave me a free $15 chip to play on in the mean time. I played the chip...then I logout. . Then I received that alerting personal message from XXXXX. Thank you XXXXX!
Will post here whatever transpires next! -

I think I got the same email
Personal Invitation to N***** ********.
Hi, my name is Robert Nash, I tried reaching you today at ********* (It seemed disconnected) a while back I was one of your account managers at a Microgaming software that I used to work with, you used to play mostly Slots. Today I am the traffic quality manager here at TopGame and wanted you to check the new club which was made especially for Slots players and targeted on the time zone of my country. My job in one line is to get the best players to play in my clubs. I trust that this Email is reaching you in good health and happiness. It was important for me to touch base with you and extend the invitation to play with our establishment. As an online player, I am well aware of your value, it is for this reason alone I have approached you today. My job is to effectively ensure that your gaming experience is absolutely seamless, enjoyable and profitable. I would expect you to inform me of any comments, issues, concerns and all other related items of business so that I may adequately deal with such matters. Our progressive jackpots have just reached the 5,000,000$ mark, I would like to give you a small chip before you deposit, for you to try and hit it.
It had the right phone number, so he must have stolen it from somewhere - I'm pretty sure no casino would (or should) give out personal phone numbers to ex-staff.
Anyway, I have no interest in Top Game, I hate their games. -

Yes ethereal...that's the same exact email that I got! Only the details have been changed accordingly. Good for you that you are not interested in TopGame! And I assume that you will not follow up with his email right?
As for me, if he is a spammer or a hacker, I will try to get him tracked down! Sooner or later. If legitimate, then I shall obviously enjoy the benefits offered! -

Ready for updates LCBers?
Sunday, January 13 2013. Received confirmation from Mona Casino's Account Manager (Angela) regarding cashback offer, but with varying 30% - 50% cashback depending on amount. No disclaimer that Robert is NOT A STAFF of Mona Casino!
Monday, January 14 2013. Received this answer from Robert (Note: Email to Robert was c/copied to Mona Casino but separate email to Mona Casino was not c/copied to Robert!) :
Quote"
Hi XXXXXX, I confirm sections 1, 3 and 4. Regarding section 2, I would like to elaborate a bit on the cashback plan as a new player; from 300$-400$ you get 35%, 400$ and on 40%.
I'll make sure that another senior account manager will approach you so you will have a smooth landing at mona casino besides that you can always ask for me or the account manager that will be acquired to you for special benefits. As you know I work with many clubs, and would like you to have a rep inside the club as well.
"Unquote
It looks like everything so far is LEGITIMATE! Angela is the Account Manager. Robert the Quality Assurance Manager. So next, I await the Senior Account Manager to make contact with an official welcoming email!
What do you think LCBers? Still spammy or fishy? -

The only way he could have gotten those emails and phone numbers is by accessing MG's data records, as he rightly so mentioned! The phone number he used trying to call me was the number I stopped using more than 1 year ago, and I used that number in my old MG and RTG accounts. I am now using a different number which he does not have. Only Playtech, GamesOS and newer Rival and RTG casinos have this number. Had he used that number with my other email address then I would know that he got it from somewhere else - RTG!

UPDATE & FINAL CONCLUSION :
Hi LCB'ers! After much info seeking with the help of ever-so-helpful casino rep Noah, it is now time for me to close this topic and state whatever conclusions are deserving. Please read on.
1. The 'Personal Invitation to join VIP Club' is NOT from Mona Casino, is NOT being offered by any of Rome's casinos, and is therefore a FAKE invitation!
2. There is no ROBERT ALEXANDER NASH working at Mona Casino or at any of Rome's casinos, so please DO NOT believe anything he has to say or offer - a deceipt may be in order here but I cannot prove that.
3. I have requested Mona Casino to take whatever actions deemed necessary to prevent such recurrences, especially regarding any person or persons using their casino name for unethical or illegal purposes.
4. I have opened a real money account at Mona Casino, accepted and played the free chips offered to me, but I do not intend to make any deposit until such a time when I feel it is safe enough to do so.
I hope everyone will take note of these observations and proceed with extreme caution always! It doesn't have to concern only TopGame casinos, it could also happen for any other software casino too!
On a final note, I have not lost anything, but had some fun playing with their free chips...
Cheers!

Always read the reviews on LCB before you deposit. Mona Casino has a warning.
"Warning: Mona Casino has been placed on the LCB Warning List. Due to repeated complaints from our members and unnecessarily long delays in withdrawals, it has become obligatory to caution players. Although the Representative in Direct Casino Support has been most helpful in trying to solve members issues, we cannot tolerate such slow payments."
Glad you only played the free chips.

Thank you blue!
Yes, I always do a check up first on the reviews here at LCB before I join any casino.
It was purely on the personal invitation that I decided to check out the offer and never intending to make any deposit if anything suspicious should crop up.
Just goes to prove, yet again, that warning signs put up here at LCB reviews are valid and that all members should take note of!
