So I started off last Friday morning (1st July) making a withdrawal. I knew I had to send documents to comply with UKGC licence laws. I got an email back saying it will be done shortly but could take 2-3 working days. I then contacted them through email Tuesday morning but got no reply so decided to contact live chat. They then told me it would be done today (Tuesday) nothing happened. Wednesday came so I did the same thing. This time they said it could take up to 5 days as they are experiencing delays.
So I waited until this morning (Thursday) to contact the live chat again. Once again they said it's a high priority and will be done today. Nothing happened AGAIN. I have recently just contacted them again and they said the same thing. It will be done with 24 hours, they are just waiting for the security team to process my documents.
It's just not good enough. They don't use the weekends as working days and I doubt it will get done early next week so I'm probably looking at around 14 days since I sent the withdrawal request at the earliest.
They don't reply to emails. Live chat just keeps spinning me the same old rubbish and I'm not getting anywhere. I made a formal complaint yesterday and asked the complaint to be upgraded to senior management but no one got back to me.
I could go down the route of using an independent adjudicator which for them is IBAS but I have gone down that road before with another casino and it took weeks!!!!
When you deposit with a big name like PKR you accept a bit of trust but I have received nothing.
I'm just going round in circles. So frustrating!! Getting money from them is like pulling teeth >:(
