        hello gamblers,

        I deposited $100 yesterday for 500% bonus at planet23, lost it all (BJ and slots), and I receive an email from them to deposit again for another 500%, so I did, even I chat with livechat prior to making deposit also, but after making deposit, and make me wait about 15 min, she gave me only 300%, she told me 500% for 1st deposit only, then I told her about what we discussed before I make the deposit and about the email I received stating that 500% for this deposit also.  So, no reply from her for like another 30 min, then I wanted them to cancel my deposit and asking them to refund it (just left a message in livechat), then she finally talk to me and give me a total of 600% instead. 
        I know this casino is new, I already made two deposit with them, the problem is "can they be trusted??"
        they give me big bonus, and this bonus is cashable also.
        can we win from them? too early to tell, it's new casino, I did not have success yesterday.

        No chance of winning, my 2nd deposit, bonus + deposit + nd = $720

        gone over 1 h

        I really like topgame casinos, but this one is weird, losing from start to finish.  Good luck if you deposit with them

        I agree also. This topgame casino is kinda weird. I made my 1st deposit with them and did not get the 500% bonus. So I try to contact live chat. I waited for the longest time and no reponse. While waiting I played with what they had given after my deposit. I got up to about a little bit under $300, decided to take a break and logged off for a while. When I came to log back in my balance was at $79. I was like "WOW!! Where'd all my money go!" Tried contacting live chat again. Waited for about 15 mins. Asked him about what happend to my money. The reponse he gave me was to just email support. and nothing futher. So I'm just waiting for a reply back from them through email. I wonder if they ever will respond.
