Planet23.... experiences anyone??

well i met wr with the exclusive ND bonus the other day.... has anyone else cashed out anything from this casino??? because i just dont want to deposit my money to be able to cashout the winnings only for it to be taken away or delayed payment...

also when i deposit the minimum ($25 i think) will that have to be wagered or can i just cash it out right away?

next i was wondering about identification procedures.... i have never made any withdrawl as of yet from a rival casino (but lost 10,000), i asked planet23 if they will ask me for identification when i cashout and they told me sometimes the will..sometimes they wont.... and i said to them the only "ID" as such that i have is my birth certificate (since i dont drive and have never been overseas)... they said just to mention it if im asked for id... but is this likely to be something they will accept?

I made the WR on the N/D too and am trying to cash out the max ($100).

They emailed me 3 times trying to get to reverse the withdrawal, they keep offering an "amazing" reversal bonus .

50% with 40WR and max cashout 2x the bonus.

So if I got very lucky and made the playthough the most I would be able to withdraw is my original $100. 

They actually reversed the withdrawal themselves today.



Also Sparkz- If you make the deposit, you shouldn't have to wager it. At least thats how it is with other Rivals. But who knows with these guys.

didnt you make a deposit to cash it out then? cause i thought they required making a minimum deposit before you can cashout?

let me kow if they pay you and if you have to send ID over to them... cause i won some at 3dice tonight... again... (trippled my deposit ) and thats where my moneybookers funds are coming from

No- I didn't make a deposit yet. I asked them to send me the faxback form so that I can send my IDs and stuff, but never heard back from them. I want to get my account verified before I make a deposit.

Seems like it will take a long time to get paid from them.

i think i'll wait until people start getting paid and balance out if its worth trying to get my money from them... gonna b a right farce if i makea  deposit and they wont accept my birth certificate


it does say in the terms:

"Possible criminal or suspicious actions may be reported to the appropriate authority. When called upon to do so Players may be may need to produce certain verification documents when transacting with the casino in withdrawals or deposits. Proof of such could be clear photo identification, proof of address, credit card copies and purchase declaration forms. This requirement is to validate the security of our players and in compliance with Gaming regulations"

so maybe they only rquest them if they think something fraudulent is going on?

nice to see as well yet another rival casino misleading card depositors:

that to anyone makes them think "well thats ok i can deposit and withdraw with my card" but in reality if you make a card deposit at a rival casino you cant cashout at all

Well I finally received a response from Planet 23. They didn't send the faxback form as I requested but are saying to make a deposit first. They also advised me to read (re-read lol) the T & C of the N/D deposit bonus.

They have change the terms of the bonus and it now says "max cash-out is $50 (not the original $100) and to withdraw the winnings you must make a deposit and wager it 2x."

I can already tell that it will be more trouble than its worth to try to get paid from these people. They were a crappy casino when they were using TopGame software- don't see why that would be any different now that they use Rival.

Gonna just bet the $100 on one spin- then uninstall this casino.

As far as I'm concerned Vegas Regal and Sloto'Cash are the only Rivals worth playing at.

its sooooooo crap... they must be 1 of the worst casinos ever, its not fair that not only is it a 60x WR (very high) but they are trying to say you have to wager any deposit twice before you can cashout.

I thought the whole point of a ND bonus was to try out the casino and a chance to win some money without making a deposit. I can understand you have to make a deposit before withdrawing but the extra WR of your deposit means more risk and more chance of losing (their minimum withdrawl limit is $100 as well so if you lose your deposit when trying to deposit it x2 before meeting WR then you are royally screwed)

After support told me to use previous username password and I couldn't retrieve, I should have written it down, if not the norm, they told me to start with new account. By that time I couldn't get back to registration . How is this done. I have had this problem before and don't remember how it was finally achieved, but I know it took a long time. With this casino, I wouldn't be surprised if it was intentional and I won't even sweat it. I do enough bad things, why go looking for trouble?

Their switch to Rival was probably a desperate last attempt to keep from going belly-up by ripping off some inexperienced newbies with their bogus bonuses and silly T&Cs.
I doubt anybody at all was playing here when they were a TopGame casino.

They seem pretty desperate for money. They were acting like the 100 bucks that I won was a friggin million.

It was pretty funny- I decided to say screw it just play back the money for fun- then I ended up getting some huge hits and my balance was up to $750. I immediately got an email from Jenny reminding me to keep in mind that the most I could cash-out is $100. She seemed pretty paranoid. . I told her not worry and that I will be giving back all the money as a donation to her broke-ass casino.


Also, FYI - as far as I know, no other Rival casino makes you wager a deposit made to cashout on a freechip. That is a silly TopGame rule.

Also, when you reverse a withdrawal of the winnings on a free chip at other Rivals the T&Cs of the free chip become void. There is no longer any game restrictions or max cashout rules.

I just hope that anyone who reads this has enough sense to NEVER spend any money at this casino.

all casinos should have a substancial balance at all times (1 million+) and regarding no deposit bonuses, they should be a way to influence the player to deposit.

Paying us out $100, should not break the bank in any way and if they paid us it would mean generally a better feeling about the casino and could earn them $1000's in peoples deposits. But instead they have gone the wrong way about it and caused themselves "bad vibes" which of course will lead to $1000's down for them in lost deposits. (i can bring up the popular 3dice again, i joined and got $10 no deposit with a low 10x WR, i made wr and cashed out the max $100, i clicked withdraw and it was paid instantly to my moneybookers...no questions asked)

sadly there will be some idiots still who see the freechip and the high WR, play and lose, then think nothing of it and start depositing

I've uninstalled them after downloading/registration.
Opened the cashier and found the free chip wit a WR of 457x bonus.
The 200% welcomebonus had a 400x deposit+bonus WR.
So if I deposited $50.- I play with $150.- I had to do no less than $60.000.-in wagering before a cashout would be permitted.
Yeah right!

Appeared that players from Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and some more countries get this 'special treatment'.
No mention of that in the T&C's.

Decided that uninstalling would be the best thing to do.
