who can help me to get my money back, i was invited with a e mail to register acount with primeplay casino, it seems after registering it s platinum play casino
i shoould get 100% match by depositing ,so i deposit 20$ i spoke with livesuport to claim bonus,but acount they locked and i dont get my 20$ back because multiple acounts
they say i must go to the police station with utill. docs and the police must stamp the docs for verrifing my id
but the police will not do that
how can i get my money back??

Hi Ronrije:-) usually if you have a problem like this and you explain that to the casino they will help you. I had a similar problem, i had a multiple account at the casino rewards group. I told them why this is happen and they where really helpful and closed one of my accounts. Now i can play there without any problems. In my opinion is the Fortune lounge Group a trustworth Casino Group and i never had a problem with them. Maybe you spoke with the wrong person in the live chat. go and try it again, but be nice:-) if this don't work you have the chance to do a complaint.
