        Hi there

        Anybody had problems playing the games?

        I had...played 3 games, and everytime I got the free spins the game freeze so I could not play the free spins.

        Been in contact with support, nothing yet so far.

        Deposit $ 25....just lost it, no fun at all.

        I just want my money back into my account.

          yes I did Blue. Havent heard anything yet...I dont think I will either. Played another Rival casino without any problems, because I thouht it might have been my pc creating this problem, but it was not. Missing 3 bonus rounds and I got nothing in return because of their tec. error.

            Not a great response but at least you are "waiting"...it may well be a long wait as casinos hate to admit to software problems.

            Please keep us posted on this $25 refund request.  I hope you get it back csjequ.

            sure I will  ..............IF I ever hear anything back...as I wrote, I dont think so. How can a casino have tec. problems for so many days? Something fishy is going on.
