        I played with the jimbeaux sent me bonus and attempted to deposit. my card was declined  with message card limit reached. I contacted live chat because i had never deposited with this casino and had just opened account. they took my info and said they would manually credit account next day. I tried to sign in to my account today and was told I could not sign in and to contact support. I am now attempting to contact these people to find out why they have locked me out as the have my cc info. So much for Playfair. Just a friendly warning to all.

        Exactly, your card has no balance as per message on processor,  like I posted on other thread, we gave you a $25.00 advance until we can complete a transaction for you and get you the best bonus. Your account is active also

        did i read this correct a casino gave someone an advance on a credit card that was declined. honey i've been playing for years and no one has ever done that for me a free chip maybe but an advance that's like real money am i missing something here what is the problem?

        thats all fine and good but as I said when I attempt to log in on my account, I am told I cant log in and to contact customer service. I have NOT PLAYED the 25.00 because they did not complete the deposit.

        correction to previous post. I just went back to site and am able to log on now and yes the 25.. is in the account. I have never had a problem with my card before and that is why I contacted chat in the first place. I was concerned because as I said before I was locked out. as far as I am concerned the matter is resolved. thank you for your input.
