    So, I tried to go to the new site, Riverboat, to create an account and it said I already had an account so I entered my usual account name and password that I normally used and it worked.

    Are these just 3 fronts to 1 casino?  Once I sign up with one, am I signed up with all?  And if that is the case, do I get to claim a new player no deposit chip with all of them or only one of them?

    I don't remember ever signing up for Riverboat.  Or for Playfair, for that matter.

    if u get into riverboat, because they are sister sites, register with a different email and username to get the ndb....if need be, create a new hotmail acct



    please read my post in the riverboat thread. It will count as multiple accounts if you do this. I had someone from there call me to let me know. They will know if you have 2 id's and I think eventually you will be blocked. All 3 are sister casinos and only one ID is allowed.

    I know that ClubUSA, Aladdin's Gold and Lucky Red are all sister sites but I have separate accounts for each one.  I guess this group is just different.

    This casino also broke my other 7 RTGs that I had installed.  Now am having to uninstall them all and reinstall the ones that I really want to play.  Yet again.

    You need to use the same User ID at all three sites, and therefore will not get the NDbonus, but if you use different user names at each site, you'll have multiple accounts.
            I just went thru this with live chat at all three places.  sad

    I see that different live support personnel have different and conflicting information about all of this. 

    Where is Jack in all of this?  I know he would be able to straighten it out, what's right and what's wrong.

    Huh? Its only for NEW players!
    If you have an account at casino33/playfair, you're not elegible, depositing player or not.
    Its rather confusing, its in fact one casino with now 3 different names and skins.
    The only other casino I know of that does this is Cleopatra's Palace, they recently added the Royal Sands skin.
    But there I could redeem the freebie at both.
    Still prefer C33 tough.. smiley
