Playtech - Problems to connect Server? What to do?

Anything related to casinos, casino games, new casinos, tournaments etc.

        Hi members!

        Thanks for all related Posts here around.

        I sometimes have problems to start with a new playtech account because when I press the "create an account" button (or log-in if I can create my new account through the website) the software shows the popup that there is no connection to the game server  amp;

        With the most Playtech softwares - I have no problems!! But if the software of a provider shows the error - it is consequent. I can remember this at Winner, 7Regal and now again Golden Galaxy. Oser software like Rival f. e. never make problems.

        1. Does one or the other of you know this error? Maybe knows how to solve?

        2. Can someone imagine why there is no connection?

        In hope about using a few Playtechs soon

        Hi there highfisch,  I've had this problem when using firefox on no download versions of the casino i.e. logged into the website.  I have to use internet explorer instead - have you tried that?

        at no download casinos i never have problems.
        the bug appears only at some few, only download casinos^^

        Tried now to install a software downloadedthrough IE but same error message

        Hey highfisch, are you using any kind of antivirus or interenet security suite? They can cause all kind of problems with casino clients.

        If you are using antivirus, try disabling it completely and than try to connect (if you manage to connect, than you will have to add exception to your firewall, you can find how to do it on antivirus manufacturer site in most cases).

        Also note that windows by default has a firewall, and windows vista or higher versions have windows defender, live essentials and similar components that you also need to temporarly disable to see if that solves the problem.

        Maybe a temporary glitch from their side, some weird server issue? Usually those annoying things find a way to solve themselves.
