Playtech software problem, please help

        Hi all,

        I need help with this problem, i cannot start my playtech software anymore, i even tried to re-install it but it wouldn't help, this is the error i'll keep getting:

        If anybody knows the answer to this problem, cause eurogrand and plazawin and Clubgold don't know what it is, pleaseeeeeeeee let me know.

        That looks like a weird error indeed. My first guess would be that it might be conflicting with another software, so have you installed anything lately? If that's not the case then maybe your firewall is blocking the application? Don't know if that helps but that's all I could come up with, at least for now.

        Nothing of that johnny, i don't get it..............all my playtech software (eurogrand, plaza-win, Club Gold, Online Casino Central, all say the same thing.......
        I uninstalled them, reinstalled them, uninstalled my antivirus, nothing, firewall, nothing........

        I'd try to download it on a different computer to see if it has anything to do with the one you are using now.

        It seems you are missing a file that is called " common.dll " after you install the casino for some reason (if you install with default settings your Playtech casino folder should be found at c:\Casino ).

        Might be you have a buggy system, i recomend doing what zuga advised.

        Check your recycle bin - is the common.dll file in there?  What was the last thing you downloaded prior to getting the Playtech software problem?

        Try restoring your pc to a date when you know you didn't have a problem with the common.dll file.  That sometimes works first go. 

        If that doesn't work, do a full deep scan - you could have a corrupted file somewhere deep in the registry.

        Search google for resolutions - there are some very helpful websites available.
