          Ok - trying to make sense of this - it looks as though slavamvp has been having a bit of a "ding dong" with the casino trying to get paid.

          slavamvp doesn't say which casino it is but he wants to know whether he is right, the casino is right or there isn't enough information.

            There are russian members here, if you are a little patient they will see this post, and try and help you.
            Another thing is if we don't know the casino, we don't know what their terms and conditions are, if they are possibly "rogue".. the reason i say this is because there are always 2 sides to stories.

            Through just your post it shows you did what was needed and you are getting run-around

              Sounds like you need to make a deposit in order to withdraw your winnings.

              All the members here have played at almost all of the Casinos and can help you if you name the CASINO. We all know most of the terms and conditions and the reasons for and against a casino not paying you.  We also know the current no dep bonuses being offered and have played them just as you have. You need to mention the CASINO first, then we can see what no dep chips they have and try to explain the rules to you.  If you are in the right we can get many members here to help you. But the first step is NAME THE CASINO first. There is nothing wrong with that. If you want help you need to do that first.

Do you know if you accidently played a PROGRESSIVE SLOT GAME, these are the SLOTS that have a big amount at the top known as the RANDOM. You are not allowed to play these on a NO DEP BONUS.
