Please NOTE that if you PLAYED A PROGRESSIVE SLOT GAME the Casino could not pay you for that. Do you know if you accidently played a PROGRESSIVE SLOT GAME, these are the SLOTS that have a big amount at the top known as the RANDOM. You are not allowed to play these on a NO DEP BONUS.

If you have followed all terms and conditons on the no deposit as well as the casinos terms and condtions, you should have no problems getting your money.. IN TIME. Make sure you have read them all and have followed them example: making playthrough, the no deposit is cashable or non cashable, that you had enough to cashout if it isn't cashable(meaning they remove the no deposit amount of chip) that you did NOT play any table games or progressives etc.
OKay now if you are saying that they said "everything is fine" and for you to make the deposit to finish the cash-out, then they suddenly after your deposit.. tell you wait a minute its no good because you played table games, it is wrong of them..to me it would seem something decieiving, on their part.. but still within their right to refuse the cashout.. BUT you do and should get your deposit

I went to the site and looked at their terms and conditions.
If you played a free chip, you must make a deposit in order to withdraw from that free chip.
"A first deposit of at least $21 must be made, in order to be able to withdraw any winnings." [from a free chip]
So I'm guessing that the Casino are correct when they say you must deposit to withdraw from the free chip.
Correct me if I am wrong please in my assumption.

slavamvp.. if no word from them so far and you have everything in (all documents) then it could be good. If you have not recieved any notice that withdrawl was not approved by email, then possble all is well. You can maybe check by logging into your account on winpalace and see if it says approved or not.
