        my username is lorenzo2 and i just want 20 gift for making it to next level. i was told five differnt reasons why code didnt work by five differnt reps.  i am posting this on as many caisno forums as possible. i deactivated my accout. if you want me back as a customerr, please give me gift 2 and stop making me pay for your technical problems.



        Jackpot capital B.S. Holiday gift:



        On Dec. 10 I earned gift 1 $20 no deposit bonus and  I only had 12 points. 



        Unfortunately, they gave me and a whole bunch of other users the same code.  So we didn't get gift.



        But on the 11th they credited my account with $30 for the inconvenience.



        On Dec. 16, I check points and I get a gift 1 bonus code, and my score is still at 12.  But i get free $20 gift.



        It has taken for ever to get points, so last week i contacted REPRESENTATIVE 1 about when gift code 2 would kick in.  He said it would come as soon as i reach the minimal score of the next gift stage.



        Finally, on my b-day Jan5, I finally make gift 2 stage.  I am silver v.i.p so it require 70 points or more.  I have 73. 



        BUT when the code for $20 for gift 2 pops up, it is the exact same code that i was give in stage 1, gift 1.  It was gift 1 code and when i redeemed it, it said Gift 1 code.  (another tech error)



        I contact REPRESENTATIVE 2 jan. 5 and they said that is a tech mistake and they will let them know.



        Next day I contact REPRESENTATIVE 3 on Jan 6 and they said, "oh the code for gift 1 was for gift 2 and i have to wait until gift 3 stage to redeem next code.  I explain that was incorrect and my points were in gift 1 stage and that was gift 1 code. They said it was gift 2 code and refused to rectify this problem and give me bonus.  So i was told to send email.  No response to email.



        I contact Representaive 4 last night and they said to give the system 24 hours to update and my gift two code would be there.



        Well today i go back and put in info. I now have 74 points, but no code for gift 2 shows up at all. I contact REPRESENTATIVE 5 and now they have the audicity to tell me you don't get gifts until you reach the maximum point value for gift stages.  I asked how i got a gift at 12 points when the maximum for gift 1 was 60. 



        THESE PEOPLE ARE MAKING UP EXCUSES FOR THEIR TECHNOLOGY PROBLEM AS THEY GO.  AND WHAT'S UNFORTUNATE IS NO ONE IS TRYING TO HELP ME. 



        FOR THIS GIFT 2 CODE, I WENT FROM TECH PROBLEM, TO DUPLICATE CODE GIVEN, TO GIVE 24 HOURS TO UPDATE, TO YOU ONLY GET POINTS AT MAXIMUM SCORE OF EACH GIFT. 



        pick an excuse and e1 stick to it please.  I just want the $20 gift that popped up when i reached the next score level and was congratulated for.

        someone finally responded to emails.  at first they tried to explain to me the scoreboard system like i didn't understand.  thank goodness i took screen shots of gift 1 code and gift 2 code showing same thing.  they deactivated my account upon my request, but someone emailed  me this morning apologizing for inconvenience and gave me gift 2 20 bonus plus another 20.  they reactivated my account.
