Positive interaction with Live Chat Reps

I had the most  UNBELIEVABLE  experience early this morning while speaking with an unnamed Betchain Live Support Rep! I logged in to request the Friday free spin promotion. After checking my my account,  the Rep came back and stated that it appeared that I had already been  given the Friday free spins....  on the 11th?! ? This was very confusing!  Instead of just making the assumption that I was trying to get over something on the casino, this Rep took the time to talk me through the THREE different sets of free spins I had already been given during the week. We came to the conclusion that the free spins that I had been awarded by @BrianBetchain  on the 11th had been coded as Friday Spins simply for the convenience of awarding them. (Thank you very much, Brian.) What happened after this is nothing short of amazing, in my opinion. The Rep thanked ME for helping THEM sort it all out!  Absolutely UNBELIEVABLE!  (Btw: I got my Friday spins.)

I don't know about any of you, but this kind of experience goes a very long way in influencing me to make a deposit.  Thanks to the exchange with this Rep, Betchain  jumped to the top of my preferred casinos list. 

I believe that sharing positive information regarding interactions with  a casino is just as important  as running a red warning flag up the proverbial  pole of a rogue casino. I also believe that if you've got something nice to say... SAY IT!

I agree with you budala, players always tend to post when its negative or have a complaint, rarely are good deeds or positive feedback shared.

some casino sites just keep trying to be gentle for players. I think a lot of them quite good. But some of them I think they may lazy to put the bonus on account so they deny for reasons like restricted country and stuff like that. Is that right?
