I got this postcard in my mail from PRIME casino (microgaming) telling me to log in the casino because there are 100 free spins on the great galaxy grab in my account.
After downloading the software again I was surprised to find no free spins in my account.
I told my story to live chat and he told me that there were some technical problems and I had to check regularly my account for the next 3 hours for the free spins.
After 3 hours still nothing, so I wrote them an e-mail and they responded with the "check your account for the next 3 hours" story.
Again NO free spins after 3 hours of checking my account for nothing!!! They fooled me twice now with there lies and false promises. I'm done with Prime Casino >:( >:( >:(
