Hello everyone...I'm sorry that one of my first post is an all in out gripe. I'm just fed up and need to know what can be done.
As you know Go Casino had a Christmas free roll which ended 12/25. I had been in the mid 100 range in placing, when it closed i finished in the mid 300's. No big deal I was awarded $130 in bonus. Now I had been anticipating this windfall for awhile. Unfortunately for me it became just another high hope and a waste of time. I started playing and everything was so-so at first, then picked up a little. Thought to myself ok pace yourself you can do this and get a big payout. HA! It didn't matter what game I played, how many times I restarted laptop, logged out and reopened the software it seemed destined to be rigged anyway.
At times the reels kept spinning, started skipping, slowing down for the 3rd scatter to fall then wham a quick skip, draining the and throwing pennies in return. You get the picture. I was cool with playing there in the beginning, call it be naive i guess. I noticed that when I started to increase my winnings the system all of a sudden would develop a "glitch" and display a pop up with error contact customer service. Told to wait 15-20 min and log back in. When I would do that it became a crash and burn. Way too many spins without a bonus, way to many spins in a row with out even 5 cents. Didn't matter what game was played. Call them up and given the infamous "sorry for the inconvenience..." yadda yadda. Told the spins are random its based on luck, blah blah blah. I had stayed away from GOCasino for weeks now because I felt I had been slighted with the bonus'. Not to mention dropped large sums back to back days, at times argued for a bonus, tossed change in comps, basically felt no love, because the up sale got in the way ('if you make a deposit today...make a deposit right now.." ). Thought I was on a used car lot.
Didn't realize that the grass was greener till I played at Aladdin’s Gold. The very next day and days after I received free chips plus loyalty . GoCasino noticed I was MIA and started calling borderline harrassing. I told them to kick down, told them their competitors didn't even know me that long and showed love. GoCasino, heard nothing. The response each call they made and the ones I made to them were all the same. "our payout is only 10X...we can't give you anything, but if you make a deposit today with me on the phone" blah blah blah...I asked for loyalty (after all I contributed to their unborn college fund) only to be told no I wasn't at that vip level yet. Their terms and conditions state its by invitation only btw. Ok, I'm done venting, I've seen GOCasino on a couple of blacklist. Was wondering if you all ever do any kind of investigating over here regarding poor business practices? Am I the only one with the GoCasino shaft without a kiss? Each time I've sent an email I have yet to receive a response from anyone.
One more thing, when I lived in San Diego I would go to Barona. One day it was a bad day that turned out good. Lost everything but the 7cent ticket I had in my hand. My friend with me began whining to leave. Stubbornness kicked in and I told her to have a seat. Within one hour of sheer patience we cashed out for $2200.00 then we left. She wasn’t complaining then. The point I’m making is, it can be done. However, if its already set up for a trip to the “Ok Carroll” , a mugging or holding you up by your ankles.. Why even bother? Why bother with any of them I’m beginning to think. Get seduced, enticed then wham. The ‘ol bait and switch. Ok, now I’m done.
