  • Went to support, told me she's never seen this before. She will contact tech support and email me what she finds out. Weird thing is, I was hitting pretty good before the error. After wards, didn't hit anything else and balance went down to zero.  sad sad sad

  • I know what it is,but your not going to like it.I got this same message on jackpot capital right after i hit the radom jackpot..I was told by thier Support its an error that at times does happen.I did get my money,but i got this on club World and was told thier was a problem on the site that night! BS as it was in fact a jackpot Hit.Reason i say this is when you hit a random jackpot the amount Flashes then Fireworks.Well it Flashed but i got this same error right after.It Replaced the Fire Works that happen .Let me find the Email i got from CW support.I feel i was screwed outa 16,000 but you can't fight it becouse they will not side with you.

    They have explained that they have looked over your game play on numerous occasions and no random jackpot was won. The message you received (Progressive Jackpot Balance Error) was not in relation to you winning a jackpot, it is impossible to hit a random jackpot while the reels are still spinning.



    We did check why you received this error message and it seems at the time you were playing (20th January in the morning) there were some temporary network issues, however the message did not say you had won a random jackpot, it stated there was an error with the jackpot balance which was fixed shortly after.



    I can only apologize for this sincerely, if you wish to discuss this further feel free to reply to this email.

  • Ive seen the discussing on another forum also its not that rare a error actually and it seems like u won the jackpot as cobra said its just another stupid reason for the casino not to give out the money.

I play at the Club World Group(Correction: I played) because I thought they were legit, I will be sending my e-mail to close all my accounts with them as soon as I get done with this post.

    If you hit the RJ then your wheels could not have been spinning. Because you can only hit it after the spin is complete. And if the RJ screen flashed then you did infact hit it, because the spin had ended. This is absolutely one of the lowest things a casino can do to a player.

    Unreal, to think this group is recommended and to have this happen. The same thing goes for Lock casino, some shady stuff going on with them not paying players on another forum and they are still ranked as no. 1 here....

Hopefully Winpalace is as honest as Jackpot Capital and if I indeed won the random, give me my winnings.   • You might get the Same kind of Email that i Received From Club World.I'm not happy about it and Sure could have used the money.I tryed to fight them about it but had no luck.I have hit meny Random jackpots and know that When the Random Jackpot starts Flashing,you did get it.But then you get this error message.I have seen meny posts all over online about this error and everyone says the same thing.They got a Random jackpot but was never given it.Saying thier was a Site problem that Day.

  • I was playing Vikings Voyage and mine came up Progressive error not eligible for Progessive.  It froze up on the same color screen when I won a random jackpot before.  I went to chat and they said we will check into it.  I asked for transcripts from chat but did not get them twice.  I had played through my coupon playthrough amount did not play anything but slots so I was definitley eligible.  I am still waiting to hear from them. This was at ClubWorld Casino also.


  • I got this same msg just this wk was playing Cleopatras Jackpot Gold which is over $350,000. I think it was at inetbet or Highnoon just not sure. I did not get the fireworks though I was just mad I got the error and logged out.
  • Did you get the RTG balance error or progessive jackpot not eligible?  Just curiose becasue mine is different from the rest and I am still waiting to hear from the casino.  If they don't give me the jackpot I have to look for another casino.  Not going to play at ClubWorld anymore if this is how they are going to operate.  I picked them becasue they were supposed to be rated so well.  Anyone know of a good fair casino?

  • Mine, message was the same as kitslik's cannot be played at this time. But I have to say i have won 2 randoms before i know what it looks like, the fireworks go off the screen flashes and it happens suddenly AFTER THE SPIN even if it is not a winning spin. At first you think something is wrong when the screen flashes and up pops the fireworks Congratulations you have won the Random jackpot of $1,000,000 (lol) then it goes back to the game very quick. If you do not hit print screen you miss it. I would have to say I would put up a fight if I saw the fireworks then got the error msg. Also keep in mind the PROGRESSIVES ARE PAID BY RTG and NOT the CASINOS themselves.  All RTG casino can go in and hit Jackpot and see who was playing it, what time they were playing it, and the history of play. When i won the random Aladdins already knew by the time i logged into chat and congratulated me right away.

  • I heard from ClubWorld Casino and they sent me a report from RTG and of course it was in their favor.  I played at that casino because Casinomeister said that they were rated number 1.  I then realized that Clubworld is advertising on their site.  How can the be fair about it.  Oh well you live and learn but it sure is frustrating.

  • Here is my humble opinion, Unfortunately I agree with the critics.

    I have logged many hundreds of hours playing both real money, and fun/play money on several RTG sites.
    First of all, note that "progressive jackpots" are not the same as "Random JackPots, major or minor". Progressive JPs are supposed to be a separate pool of money funded by a formula based on plays or spins. And Random Jackpots just grow and get hit randomly, or so they say...

    While playing for fun/play money I have hit the "Random Jackpots" 6 times. Each after an average of around 40-50 hours of play. All without any error, or the screen messages posted and detailed.
    The Fun/Play money is added to my balance after the fireworks and winning screen displayed.

    I have played many more hours with Real Money than Fun/Play money, and I would say that the average hours between the glitches or hits compare timewise. What I mean is, the real money Random Jackpot (or more often the screen flashes and an error message) occur around every 40-50 hours of playing.

    Thankfully, on 2 occasions the process was successful and I won around $2,000.00 each time, and my balance was increased after the fireworks and screen flashes. However, on four separate occasions the process began and error messages displayed. This only happens while playing for real money..... And then the messages encourage me to reload the program, and re-sync my laptop with the current random jackpot amount, due to an error.

    Naturally since this has NEVER occurred during fun/play money playing, it only makes me more suspicious of the details, which we will never be allowed to have access to unless we are hired as programmers and software developers for RTG.

    Obviously the sites are in business to make money, and the regulators or associations who ensure honest fair play are owned by the same bankers. When we make a real money deposit there is no guarantee of anything. Most sites then make it so difficult to withdraw, we wonder why we even go through the trouble. Just be thankful when you do win, and hope it stays non-taxed and unreported. And hopefully you get paid what you are owed eventually
