Punished for Deposits

You know why it is that the casinos don't give the freebies to depositors?

You get them like crazy before you deposit, you deposit because you really feel the casino is generous, then suddenly no more freebies you feel all left out and punished for depositing, feeling worse if you have lost alot..

I think casinos should give out the freebies to everyone.. whether they have deposited or not.. now that we are depositors we are no longer royalty sure theres rewards and points maybe you can cash in.. but freebies really make a friend feel good!

Old friends.. should be treated the same way as new ones

I agree, I think its very bad business to stop the freebies once someone deposits, that's what made the person deposit in the first place.

Can't agree more, i never see any freebee's anywhere unless i ask myself and uselly end up getting soemthing small with huge playthroughs thats almost impossibole unless your very lucky.

You also get penalized for winning and being ahead of the house.  No more bonuses until the house is ahead of you.

Seems you are right  Imagination My fav rival now is acting like I am "Persona non grata" with no freebies...Supreme dropped a $15 chip for me (Without asking) and was very nice.

Time to move loyalties??? Maybe!

I totally agree with all your comments. I have been a Rival Fan , and have deposited faithfully, but when I actually stared winning, and not alot, I suddenly got flagged and the reason was never disclosed. This caused a domino effect in all my rival accounts and within 3 months I literally had to beg for promos and no freebies with the exception of Vegas Regal and Black Diamond and Orange Gamez. The bonus I recieve are few but fair and Superior has started giving me a bonus to play with also...so hopefully things are looking up.....but since Feb... rivals have really changed...I love their games but their unethical reasoning behind flagging a loyal customer is so unfair.

i agree alred rivals have changed it was a slow but steady change where free chips were easy 2 find then little by little dwindled to nothing not even for the special occasions(4th of july)oh well will wait to see what happens vr still rocks for me and im loving betphoenix but so right about the no deposit bonuses im so not liking that i posted under the new vegas tech post and i usually dont slam a casino and havent flat out slammed any since joing this forum i just cant understand it >:( >:(thanks for letting me vent

talk about punished for deposits...i was an avid depositor at most Top Game Casinos.  now not only do i not get freebies anymore but because of withdrawals i am now blocked at most of their casinos.  :'( :'(  i don't understand the practice of blocking a deposting player...thats just nuts!!!  :o

I can see them stopping giving you freechips if u start to win, but loosing dosent help either never any freechip, fortune lounge group only gives 25-30% bonuses up to $100 never any chips which i used to get before i did a few withdraws.

Some can really do you dirty, like sheep in wolves clothing.. lure you with kindness and charity, make you feel at home, fatten you up, put you under that deposit spell.. then you deposit and just soon eat you alive.. leaving you like.. omg i got played.. lol

I don't think its ALL casinos are like this, Vegas Regal is one of our best no matter who you are you are treated well, infact there is no other casino like VR

    I don't think I'll ever have this problem. That's really gotta be a rarity. I have written so many letters and in chats trying to express that "feeling dumped" feeling. They still just don't get it. Some have come around. Somethings you always remember and some you can never forget. I don't know if any one read where I posted recently, I checked in at Slots of Vegas and found $25 in my account from the manager. It was there since November 2009. I looked at the rest of that group of casinos and found 4 more. The last I made playthrough and cashed $50 out. I started out at these places, playing on free codes. Then started depositing and withdrawing. People always are knocking these casinos. I have had no problems, well at one. They take a bit longer to pay out, but if all is done right they pay. And I am so blown away that they have remembered me. I am touched. Of course the one place over there that should have done this, didn't. Thank goodness my belief that there is more good than evil is again reinforced.

That is good Helwin, the major complaint with the rogues IS the time they take to pay you, people don't like to wait especailly for money, alot of people think that after as long as they have been in business they could come up with something that pays quicker, or better quick pay services, and then some get the runaround about the free chips and not understanding them, but if you know what you are doing and you are doing the right things they WILL pay in time lol

I think Ingrid here the Prism casinos manager in LCB's direct casino support really does an excellent job i have seen more happy people with that casino within the last year when i read through the thread

But i have had my bad taste of the rogues and learned my lesson, so i tend to stay away
