So since I had won at LUCKY SLOTS & CUBA I decided to deposit $25 and take the 200% at pure vegas casino, so I started with $75 and in about 4 mins my balance was at $18 dollars and some change Something just didn't feel good in my stomach, it was just turning with this nasty feeling
Anyway, I was playing paydirt and started looking closer and low and behold the gold bars were missing from both reels 3 and 5

So I immediately go to chat and of course I get the " send an email to technical support line"
And I also told her that it was something strange going on and that the way the games were playing that I wouldn't be surprised if they had all been tampered with.
Once again the famous online casino lines that the reps are told to say "all players feel like the games are rigged when they aren't winning, you are just having BAD LUCK."

It is never about winning(even though when it happens it is very nice), it is about the entertainment and it sucks royally when there is no chance of a player being entertained because the wild/bonus symbols have been striped from the game(s) >:(

Now here is the best part, after I left chat my account had been LOCKED >:(
And the verdict is..... GUILTY!

I know TAA plays there and has won and likes it there, I just really want you all to be careful.

That's despicable and I totally believe that what you saw (or did not see as the case may be) is correct.  Maybe its a blessing that they locked you out but it does speak volumes.

I know paydirt game is hard to get the bonus round, its like scary rich game from rival casinos, its hard to get the free spins, but when u get free spins, u might win big.  Yes, I won here two times in this month, 1st one was $2480 and 2nd one was $600 upon like 6-7 deposits there.  The 2nd withdrawal is still pending and it was on last friday.  I feel like they are a good casino (maybe because I won there), low playthru, fast payout.  I just dont understand why they locked you afterward, you have the right to complain

they did the same thing to me and after i won 5000 there locked me out until i sent in docs, but they shouldnt have locked you out for no reason

I usually just spin not paying attention to things , but after a post of I believe Gens, I started paying attention where ever I play and that is how I knew they were missing!

Now that I think about it, I think they were also missing from Achilles!

I know exactly what you mean!! It wasn't even the losing that got me, that is very normal for online casinos! It was very evident that the wild symbols had been removed from that game for sure and I am pretty sure one other one. They locked me out before I could go back and check the others!

Oh well, it is what it is! And if I don't get my lil' $25 back than I guess they need it more than me!  I will just chalk it up as another casino donation :-)

I want to know how you figure out the games have missing bonus symbols. I lost couple deposits with cherry red and rushmore this weekend and I noticed that their reels run very slow, not like they used to be even thou my internet connection worked fine.

Lately I have been paying close attention to the games that I play!
The symbols are on every reel(except for the ones that say they only appear on certain reel) they may not stop on a winning line, but they are on every reel. They are not in sequence, but they do appear on the reels on a spin. Well spin after spin, they were not there at all, ever!

And speaking of that group, I have been reading alot of complaining post on how the reels are spinning very slow and that something has changed(for the worst) with the group! Players are saying that when they complain the casino is saying it is their computer, but they know that it is not!

I agree with you lips, the casinos make tons of money, why they do this?  as I know purevegas is new reputable casino, it will hurt their business for sure.  They will continue to make profit if they can make their customers coming back.

how much you bet per spin on paydirt?  I beleive what you said, but I dont know for certain that one can say that the bonus symbols are taken out in $75 testing it.  I'll wait for them to pay me and I will test that game out also.

I just see that its wrong for them to lock you out after you bring this up to them.

Taa, I bet $1.25, $1.00 .75, .50 and .25 and as far as I know the betting amount should have nothing to do with whether the symbols are there or not! But I am not sure on that!

I think they needed to do a software upgrade along with a server upgrade to fix there "glitches".  Yet all I get is the standard the technicians are working on it.  Well if the techs are working on it, shouldn't it be fixed by now?  iNetBet, Jackpot Capital, and Casino Titan all have had there upgrades and fixes done along with dozens of others RTGs.  Why not yours?  Are they that broke not to perform what I would assume would be simple upgrades.

  Them locking you out like that sure confirms guilt of something wrong. Bringing this to their attention should be appreciated and they should have a look-see by techs.

Abolutely Horrible! What I find so sad is the fact that once you pointed out the fact that there was a "glitch" instead of saying, "Thank you, we will look into this." They instead kick you in the teeth and lock your account.

Another casino added to my black list! In my opinion, the casino should have thanked you and immediately had someone check it out. But instead they locked you out, and in doing so they showed everone who is reading this topic you are right.

Hi, the same happend to me with Crown Europe casino, quit a couple of times ; they write you everyday ,give you 250% promotion, you start playing and the money goes so quick , you do not have extra spins (scatter), no Bonus  Round, nothing ,i lost my  deposit quicker then i could think...FRUSTRATING...
I wrote them today to lock my account and stop writing me letters.Too bad it took me 3 weeks to realize what they are doing.
