Question for anyone who plays at Bovada

I had read something somewhere, can't remember where , that Bovada gives out comp points for playing (I do receive them from Slots LV) but so far after having made 6-7 deposits in late September to present I have never received any comps or anything for that matter (never made any withdrawals)..was just wondering if anyone gets comps there?

I signed up at bovada last week and got a $20 BJ bonus a couple days later for playing BJ. This was separate from the sign up bonus. I made my first deposit at Slots.LV last night and got murdered. Didn't last 20 mins there....

so I wrote to Bovada and asked about their comp program letting them know that after making several deposits I have never received comps of any kind.  I received a fairly quick email with a general description on how their comps worked.  I then wrote back saying, based on this info I should have some-they responded again explaining in more detail how their comps program worked, I responded AGAIN telling them I had made 6 deposits in the month of October, it was now past the date and time that they give the comps out and still I had none.  Finally received another email saying they have credited my account the comps based on my play.

I have to say I was very disappointed that it took 3 emails to get them, and that they were not just automatically put into my account.  Gotta watch these casinos so closely, even the ones who have the best ratings.

to be frank i find Bovada to be one of the better casinos. Although going by your experience I am sure they should have reacted bit better.

I think who ever was that day working on emails did not bother to read your email in full and just generically sent you their pre-drafted response.
