        Is this normal?

        Dear xxxxxxx xxxxxxx,

Before your withdrawal can be processed, the system requires a verification deposit from your Quicktender account to your casino account. This is done in order to link your Quicktender account to your casino account.

This is for security purposes in order to guarantee the withdrawal will be processed to the correct account. You do not have to wager this deposit and may withdraw it right away.

        Thank you for understanding.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

        Have a nice day.

        Sincerely,
        Vegas Regal Casino Customer Service

        --------------------
My quicktender account is empty and I only play with the prepaid mastercards that dont work anymore.  I took a screenshot of me attempting to deposit through their software which displays my quicktender account number etc..

Issue after issue.  I got the Quicktender so I didnt have to do any more of this stuff..

        This is very normal Jocan16.

They just need to make sure that it is your account and they need to link it to you and you will only have to make a deposit one time at that casino and you can turn around and withdrawl what you deposit.

I would say that 99% of casinos do this.

        Hi Jocan,

Many casinos do use ACH. For a list of casinos that do and the process click Here.

Oh Noooooo!  I did not know this either.  I recently requested a withdrawal from Rich Reels to my ewallet/Quick Tender acct, which I set up a couple months ago but have never used.  I was never informed by RR that I needed to first make a deposit.  I received an email on Monday am saying my withdrawal had been approved/processed and that I should expect to see funds in my ewallet account within 48 hours.  48 hours passed by last night so I'm a 'little' anxious about a step being missed and funds won't be deposited    I decided to try this method rather than wire transfer to see if it goes more quickly, not to mention, my bank charges ridiculous wire fees.  So....am wondering if I should email RR support and ask them about this because of the possibility my withdrawal might be bounced back to them??  Anyone experience this yet?  We're talking $2500 here

I don't remember that happening  to me. Maybe because I deposited with Quicktender first. I am sure your withdrawal will go thru
