QuickTender and ACH

well, was curious about the new set-up and fees, so decided to look at it.

They "Say" that it's instant, but hold on there, I went to the window before
you enter your bank and account info and here's what it said:

Important information about making ACH Deposits: 
Please note: your ACH deposit has been credited to your QuickTender Account and it’s ready to use. Please ensure you have sufficient funds in your bank account to cover the full deposit amount.
Until the funds have been collected from your bank account, we regret you will not be able to withdraw funds from your QuickTender Account. 


So, I guess "Instant" is not so "Instant".

Hi there I too was interested with the ach method to deposit into my quicktender account and this is what happened to me.

I registered my bank account, deposited the minimum allowed for the ACH method and the funds were not there. so i contacted live help and they said that for the very first time depositing this way that they have to verify your bank account like paypal does, sending a micro transaction to your bank account and then you have to verify it. I am ok with this as alot of places use this method to verify that it is your bank account.
They also told me that for example if I get lets say 500.00 put into my QT account from a casino that I am trying to withdraw back to my bank account and I have a 50.00 deposit transaction that is still waiting to clear my bank, they will hold the 500.00 until the deposit that I made doesnt come back bad. Oh and they said that once my first deposit is verified with the micro transaction then all other deposits will instantly be available for me to use. I dont have to wait until it clears my bank.
I am waiting on the verification right now, fingers crossed everything goes well with everything as I think its a good method to use kind of like ewallet.

Just a little update, the ach transaction only took two days to get to my bank account. I verified and QT only charged 2.00 not to bad I dont think. Now my account is good to go if I choose to deposit more with the ach method. Goodluck to all.

has anyone had a bank transfer from quicktender to their usa bank?  I am curious i fi can expect any problems??  please advise  dabigdog

In my case, yes I had a problem from my two last wire transfer from QT ...my bank put blocks on my account and all my three cards which are three separate accounts from the same bank and ever since then, they seem to monitoring transactions which seem abnormal-(they call it)to them freezes my account until I call them...too much work frankly. I am not only talking about QT...recently I purchased two different large items and they called me and asked the reasons and which stores...blah blah...just too ridiculous but at some point, I do understand why they are doing it...and what they say is that it's all for my own protection...

I did it.  I can always find a new bank, but I don't want to.  I just couldn't justify not eating or paying my bills because they (will probably) want to close my account.  They can't keep my money forever...heck, I can't even keep it more than a day or two myself.

I need some help guys I am being told that casino33 CAN Not get me my money by western union or money gram and I HAVE TO FIND an oline form of payment. ?Well how do i do that without a bank account any ideas????

bank transfer is the only way quicktender will transfer?? is this correct    whannee what bank do you have if i may ask and what did they ask you when the wires came in??

I don't know of any way to do that, but like I have said to some others, unless they (Collectors) know you have an account and are actively hitting the banks with writs to disclose if you have one, I'd open a savings account with min balance and then wire it in.

I don't recall if you've told me your situation, but this has been my take on the whole collection process with debt collectors.
