My quicktender account has been restricted for about 2 months because my bank card declined as "pick up card" after using it several other times to deposit. It gave this decline because my puppy chewed up the old card and I was waiting on a new one. No big deal right?
Wrong..
QT asked me for a copy of the card for security reasons, they didnt even need the whole number showing.. just my name displayed and the last four digits. I complied and sent them a photo of the card, dog teeth marks and all.
I then receive an email from them thanking me for the document.. they then ask me for a copy of my ID, and proof of residence. Although it is a hassle, I send them and appreciate the security level they have.
They have declined my proof of residency items three times.. one was an official letter from my bank, one was a piece of certified mail and one was a letter from the DMV. All "unfortunately" not good enough.
I sent in my bank statement this morning (hesitantly) and have yet to receive a reply.
They are currently holding about $2500 of my cash outs and I have no access to my account whatsoever. Their identity department works weird hours and I wont receive a reply for days on end sometimes.
Can I trust these guys?
