    hi gang. i run macivee virus protection, and it wont let me download saysit has virus PUps in bundles, has any1 else had that problem, ty josie46          PS just had to get new puter 2 weeks ago  after downloading 1 group that i did not trust, ty

    I usually only have problems dL vegas tech casinos cuz my virus wont let it but I just noticed that my phoenix casino is gone off my puter and i never deleted it and no will admit they did so I dont know what to think

    My uninstall for BetPhoenix is missing and I want to uninstall/reinstall because Incan Goddess didn't load correctly and won't play.

    nah...it starts the download, "knows" I have downloaded before and just opens up the casino...  I'm sure there's a way around it editing my computer files, but I'm not annoyed enough yet to go through that.

    If you want, go to" Control Panel"  Then, "Add/Remove programs"
    This will give you a list of all programs on your computer.  You can uninstall there.  If there isn't a button to do it, right click on Betphoenix, then you can uninstall.

    thanks, but BetPhoenix doesn't appear in my control panel's add/remove program section...otherwise that would have been easy.

    seems like quite a few people are having issues and wasnt there a software mishap when they first came around? i might just keep it off my puter.

    Hi Chillymellow , I can fix your problem for you. It's actually quite simple. Click on your START ICON in the lower left corner. When the box opens click on COMPUTER. When that box opens ckick on OS(C:). When that box opens click on PROGRAM FILES. You will find BetPhoenix in there believe it or not. Right click on BetPhoenix and then uninstall from there. Even though you may think you are uninstalling a program the other way , it still remains in here and so remember how to do this should you have any problems in the future with other programs.

    By the way , whatever the glitch was that they had , it's been fixed and the site runs smoothly , I play there all the time and have no problems. After you clean it out then just re-download again from the link on the main page here. Good Luck.

    Thanks-there was no "uninstall" there, but I deleted it, reinstalled and I am back in with a good (so far) install.
